Immaculate place, highly functional with everything you need, just like a home. For young travellers like us, we were looking for somewhere that is clean, convenient, flexible, safe, practical, affordable - and this place has it all! Some major highlights⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The room is very specious for two person and can fully open large suitcases. - comes with a well equipped kitchen, inc pots, pans, crockery, cutleries, knifes, dishwashing stuff - typical Japanese bathroom with washing machines and detergent provided. Only hang drying space is available in the balcony. - self serviced amenities at reception, has everything from ear plugs, to trash bags. - cleanliness of this place is top notch. Overall well-maintained. - has usb port for charging and convenient socket port on bedside. - has a balcony with a lovely view and hang drying space. - self serviced check-in: hassel free with clear instructions to lock box, passcodes through efficient communication. - AC works great, dimmable lights, OTT TV - closest train/metro station Tegachaya 6-8mins away, kobini just few steps down the road, supermarket 8mins away. In a Quiet residential neighbour. Some other points to note: - Bed is on the softer side, not ideal for me but sure will suit some. Was truely surprised for the value of money of the apartment, thank you for making it such a good stay!!

A very nice room in Osaka, clean, large, convenient to travel, the owner is very nice, if I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is a great walking distance from Shin Osaka Station. The room is big enough to accommodate our family of 5. It's like a home away from home vibe, we were able to cook our own food during the days we were not able to roam around due to heavy rain. The only thing that needs improvement is the bed. The hardest bed that my back laid down and the bed spring almost protruded and almost touched my back. Over all it is good, the only downside is the bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although the space is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, kitchen, and cooking utensils. We especially loved the balcony, as it was perfect for drying our clothes every day. What impressed us the most was the host's kindness and hospitality. We arrived in Osaka after a long flight, feeling exhausted and sleep-deprived, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. The host kindly accommodated our request at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Being able to rest before exploring Osaka made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again!

The projector was a blast! There were dishes available, but the cups seemed to have some residue from a previous wash, so I'd recommend washing them again. We used it for a trip with friends, but we had a bit of trouble getting into the entrance at first, which was a struggle, haha.

The hotel reception guy really helpful. He allowed us to store the luggage n check in earlier because we are rushing to the mosque for Friday's prayer. The room also clean and equipped with fridge, hairdryer and mini kitchen c/w microwave

Make sure you have a charged smartphone and internet access (or the check-in details saved offline) before you arrive at the property. Pro-Tips for Shinfukae 1. Early Arrival: Since the check-in is digital and at 4:00 PM, check if the hotel offers a luggage drop-off area. If not, the nearby metro station likely has coin lockers where you can store your bags while you grab a bite nearby. 2. The Local Area: Shinfukae is a more residential, quiet part of Osaka. It’s a great place to experience a ”local” vibe away from the neon lights of Dotonbori, with some authentic izakayas tucked away in the side streets. 3. Transit: From Shinfukae Station (Sennichimae Line), you are only a few stops away from Tsuruhashi, which is famous for its vibrant Korean market and incredible yakiniku (BBQ).

Easy check in and and check out process. Accommodation close to Enmachi Station and surrounding by convenient store and food store especially than ramen shop. Location of accomodations is convenient to visit the Osaka.

We came to stay as a stop before going to the airport, no transfers no nearby bus etc only the station which is 13-15 minute walk away. There’s a shopping outlet with food places again 15-20 mins away we got a taxi and it was 4000+ yen. 1000 from the train station if you have wheeled or little luggage this may be easier/cheaper There’s a 7-11 nearby and a Lawsons and dominos to do you for a night. We never saw the restaurant onsite open. Self check in. Had a toothbrush and tooth paste towel in the room along with a kettle and cups. Had basic shampoo body wash etc but nothing else that it lists on the listing was good enough for one night only

I am really satisfied with this room. It's spacious and can accomodate more than 4-6 people except a small toilet. It's good for budget. Elevator card is designated so that others can not stop my floor and has no security problem. It takes 7 minutes from Shin-imamiya staion(JR) and 6 minutes from Ebyscho station. Mega DonKihote and Shinsekai takes 5-7 minutes by walking . I will stay again if I visit OSAKA.
