The hotel recommended by the customer, about 10 minutes from the airport, the environment is very good. The front desk staff is very welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is very rich! High cost performance!

Overall it is a good evaluation. I was trying to clean it. It's an old building, so it's a little dirty. Location is also good. You can walk to Centro. There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs. It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope. The receptionist was good. I always smiled. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day. Facilities include a pool and gym. But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

We stayed in Yuma for 4 nights. Getting to the lodge took about 4 hours but it was a worthy ride into the heart of Amazon rainforest! What we loved most was the guided tours. The lodge offers a variety of activities typical to the rainforest like jungle trek, indigenous house visit, tree climbing, and canoeing, among others. All of the excursions are included in room fares. Our guides Fabiano and Bruno are fabulous, very friendly and attentive, and like an encyclopedia of the jungle they know everything on plants, animals and history. They are the treasure to the lodge! The room was above the water. While the weather was hot and humid, our room was air-conditioned, very comfortable. The facilities are simple yet sufficient considering the location in the deep jungle. It is an unforgettable experience for us. Highly recommended!

Soooooooooo nice place to live here. And good for people to live

The hotel experience of this trip is really full! Just stepping into the hotel, you can feel the warm and thoughtful service of the staff, from the efficient process of check-in at the front desk to the initiative to help carry luggage, every detail is very intimate. During the stay, the cleaning staff can be seen cleaning the room on time every day, the beds are neatly arranged, all kinds of supplies are replenished in time, the room is always spotless, and the comfort is directly full. The hotel stay experience this time is really great, I really recommend it to everyone! Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice!

Room in good condition, breakfast with good choices.The shower could be a little better.

Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

The room was tiny; even opening a suitcase was a struggle. Cleanliness was fine, but the facilities were rather basic. Overall, it wasn't a great choice. The Sleep Inn I stayed at for the next few days was much better.

Great service. Well located hotel. There are no drinks to choose from in the refrigerator, but everything else is great! !

The facilities are definitely good in the local area, of course, don't expect too much, mainly because other hotels are too poor to support, so overall it is recommended
