This hotel is a fantastic value for money! The environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a stunning view, and there's a big balcony – the living environment is truly excellent. The bed is so comfortable, you'll want to fall asleep the moment you lie down. The TV is huge, perfect for watching movies, and the air conditioning is quiet. The smart toilet with constant warm water was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a welcome gift, and the front desk lady gave me a little horse figurine, haha – so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang. I really didn't want to leave this hotel! Seriously, everyone should come here! They even provided umbrellas on a rainy day, which was very considerate. Plus, it's located right inside the ancient city, and a snack street is just steps away. Hehe!

The hotel is located in the city center, an 8-minute walk from the Nanyang Prefectural Government Office. Be careful when using navigation as you approach, as it's easy to miss the hotel parking lot. There's a dumpling restaurant on the second floor, with larger signage than the hotel itself. I was a little confused after parking if I needed to go in. The hotel was clean and cozy, and they even gave us two bottles of Evian mineral water. It was clean and hygienic. The downside of this hotel is the breakfast. It's not that the food is bad, but there wasn't anything particularly appealing. Hotels in Zhoukou, Zhumadian, and Anyang in Henan Province generally have good breakfasts. This hotel was the only one that was bad. Henan is a province known for its noodles, so the noodles should be good. The noodles I ordered tasted like they had something added to them; they were very chewy but lacked any real noodle flavor. It would have been a waste not to eat them, and they made me feel unwell. The stir-fried dishes for breakfast were also strange. One dish, supposedly Kung Pao Chicken, was incomparable to anything else, and I didn't even take a picture. Overall, if you don't need breakfast, this hotel is a good choice.

This hotel boasts a fantastic central location. The front desk and housekeeping staff are also very attentive, friendly, and polite. However, during my stay, there was renovation work happening on the same floor as my room – loud hammering and drilling made it impossible to relax. It seems the hotel management needs to better coordinate with the renovation team, as managing the timing of construction is crucial. Also, please, please try to avoid parking vehicles at the hotel entrance and in the pathways, as this gives taxis and ride-sharing services an excuse not to pull up to the hotel entrance.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around by subway. It's a new hotel, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and well-designed, though I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a bathtub. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was of a high standard and very tasty. The dining area itself is large with a simple, clean design, and the dishes are consistently good with a strong local flavor. The 'Hula Tang' (spicy soup) and beef soup really stood out. Luoyang is such an ancient and charming city, with 1500 years as a capital – its rich history is truly something to savor again and again. The nearby Dazhang Supermarket has a very local vibe, and it's great to see the local economy thriving.

Not far from the high-speed rail station, the room layout is quite unique, and the night view is excellent. It's spacious enough for two people to stay without bothering each other. The hot spring, in particular, is very clean; I didn't expect it to be a natural hot spring! The service is also superb, with staff frequently checking if the water temperature is comfortable. Apparently, they're building an outdoor hot spring in the courtyard of the capsule rooms soon, which sounds very promising.

My stay at Huayang this time really gave me a taste of Luoyang's hospitality – it was incredibly warm! They offered station pick-up and drop-off, complete with small gifts (for pick-up, there were warm towels for your hands, tea, and snacks in the car). The driver even shared stories about Luoyang's history, attractions, and tips on what to see and where to eat along the way (give that driver a raise! 🍗). As soon as the car stopped at the hotel entrance, staff members were already there to help with luggage and bags, leading the way to check-in. The hospitality was just amazing! ❤️ Again, warm towels, tea, and a small gift (a hand-drawn map, phone stand, and wet wipes) were provided. The butler then escorted me to my room, explaining all the facilities, and mentioning that snacks, treats, fruits, and even late-night supper could be ordered via QR code (available every 4 hours). The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Changshen International (Dazhang) and Wanda Plaza (with Freshippo). I heard they often have sales competitions. The breakfast spread was very generous, featuring beef soup, tofu soup, Peony Swallow Vegetable dish, braised noodles, and spicy soup, among other things. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was also quite good 👍. Some of the in-room equipment might be a bit dated, but the staff were always quick to resolve any issues you brought to their attention. I'll definitely be back next time. Thank you to the Huayang staff, especially the young man at the entrance who bowed from afar.

I chose a hotel near Zhengzhou East Station because I was taking the high-speed train to Xi'an. I really have to compare and contrast! The day before, I stayed at the Hilton for a friend's wedding. My friend booked it for me, and it was old, rundown, and reeked of smoke. The next day, after the wedding, moving to the InterContinental was so much more comfortable! The service was truly excellent! They called me before check-in to ask about any room preferences and my estimated arrival time, and they met all my requests during check-in. Any minor issues I found after checking in were promptly addressed and resolved. The InterContinental brand lives up to its name, maintaining a certain standard. Upon arrival, I received a welcome gift, along with vouchers for coffee and cocktails. The package I booked also included afternoon tea, which featured a decent, standard selection of desserts. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was extensive, but the layout was a bit scattered and confusing. I was also surprised that the breakfast menu didn't change daily; about 95% of the dishes from the first day were still there on the second. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Toiletries were well-stocked, and the cleanliness details were impeccably handled. The front desk service was warm and professional; both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were kind and polite, responding promptly to all requests. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, perfectly matching the quality of a five-star hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

There are two bath towels in the family room, but no bath towel for children. It is recommended to add a non-slip mat in the shower room. There is no footstool for children to wash their faces and brush their teeth in the toilet. The hygiene can be quite clean, but the sound insulation is not very good. At 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, I heard a girl from an unknown room arguing with others. She has no manners at all.
