The location is perfect: the hotel is located in the city center, 600 to 700 meters away from Wanda Plaza. There is a fruit supermarket next to it. The ”Yisheng Shou” where you can eat hand-made sheep is only 100 meters away... In short, it is very convenient to eat and order takeout.
Attentive service: Call the front desk and the problem can be solved immediately. The room cleaning staff cleaned up the leftovers from our morning meal as soon as they arrived at work at 8:30 in the morning.

EExpatAmazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.

GGuest UserWe came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

The hotel staff were all very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. There were also many free parent-child activities, making for a very fulfilling schedule. We even borrowed astronaut costumes and took some photos ourselves – every shot in the desert looked amazing. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's photography team offered three complimentary travel photos. Since we brought our own DSLR, we just used ours for a few shots, and the photographer was incredibly professional, with fantastic results – we were absolutely delighted! After so many trips, the lens always only captured my husband and child, but this time, I, the mom, finally got to be in the photos, which made me so happy!

GGuest UserThe future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. It can be said that it has everything. Unfortunately, we encountered extreme weather during the two days we went there. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.

ZZaihaitianchansiguanhaiI started booking a room two months in advance. The popular Star Hotel was always out of stock. I chose the Train Hotel based on the reviews. This decision was really correct! Although the room is not big, it is small but complete. It is very happy to have air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, and comfortable bed in the desert. The front desk lady saw that I had two children, a boy and a girl, and specially arranged a starry sky theme room. When I turned on the light, there was a full moon, and when I opened the curtains, there was the desert. The children loved it.
The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a variety of varieties, especially the golden melon, which was particularly sweet. It was really enjoyable to eat melon in the desert. I would like to mention the ordering for lunch and dinner. I really doubt whether the chef is from the south. Haha, the taste is too much in line with our family's preferences. I ate a large bowl of rice with stir-fried vegetables and braised eggplant!
There was a bonfire party and black dance performances in the evening. The most surprising thing was the stargazing activity led by a teacher. We saw the Big Dipper, the North Star, Taibai Star and other stars together. Ningxia is worthy of being the hometown of stars!
The hotel is in the desert. We played with sand freely in the desert of the hotel because we had played various activities in the previous few days. The children dug sand, slid sand and chased dung beetles. We took pictures. It was very nice.
