NeihuadajunwuchengenThe facilities are a bit old, but that's typical for Japanese-style hotels. The ocean view was absolutely stunning! The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. When we reported a leak in our bathroom, they immediately upgraded us to a larger room, which was excellent service. There were many foreign guests at the hotel, probably because the Western food suited their taste.

Excellent hotel.
Beautiful, clean, traditional.
The onsen was beautiful with a view of their garden. The water was heated perfectly with immaculately clean water. All amenities were offered when you stepped out into the changing room, ear buds, lotion, hair perfume, shampoo and conditioner. As you exit to your room there are two massage chairs to enjoy.
The room we stayed in was perfect, It had a view of the bay, a big balcony, and three separate rooms. I was traveling with my son and this afforded me a private room to change my clothes and be separated while we slept. Freshly pressed kimonos were provided for the Onsen or/and to attend breakfast in.
Now I'll talk about the highlight.!
The breakfast buffet and dinner were included in the very reasonable price. The breakfast was extensive with fish, eggs, yogurt, homemade delicious jams, salads, fresh fruit, natto, sausages, rolls, bread, pastries, a coffee machine with choice of lattes, cappuccino, etc, a juice machine, fresh milk from famous Tanna dairy, and more! It was amazing!
Dinner was also delicious, changing every night with selections such as broiled fish set, fried chicken set, steak set, all were seasoned well and perfectly cooked. All came with soup, rice, main entree and dessert.
The staff were welcoming, kind and caring, friendly. The manager even sent me a special note about a piece of art I was curious about.
Highly, highly recommend this Ryokan.
I never wanted to leave.
It's just outside of Atami, in the hills, beautiful location.
Go, relax, nurture yourself, I did 😊🥰

Guest UserWe had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fuji Speedway Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the race circuit and surrounding mountains.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the unique experience of staying right next to the famous Fuji Speedway.
The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the Mount Fuji area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan.
Highly recommended for both motorsport enthusiasts and travelers looking for a relaxing luxury stay.

Guest UserDefinitely worth the price for an onsen hotel. The ocean view and tatami style bedroom are the highlight for my stay here! There is free bus shuttle service scheduled by the hotel, as a solo traveller who doesn’t drive, this definitely is a plus point! Will book my stay at here next time when I visit Atami :)

Guest UserThis hotel is super conveniently located, just 100 meters to the right after exiting Shizuoka Station's North Exit. There's a supermarket and mall right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. It's also within walking distance of Surugaya and a few other malls. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are very well-maintained, clean, and hygienic – the bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable. We booked a triple room for two adults and two children, and it came with three beds and enough space to open our suitcases flat. The room was very spacious.

The structure seems to be a legacy of the bubble era. The luxurious layout allows you to move between the main building and each building via pedestrians.
It's reminiscent of the 5-star hotels of Phuket and Bali of the past. The all-inclusive plan also feels like good value.
Unfortunately, however, maintenance of the interior and exterior has not kept up, and various parts are badly deteriorated. The bathhouse is also made of good granite, so it should be polished properly. The exterior walls are so black that you want to use a Karcher cleaner. I wish it was a little cleaner.

ZqqqqqqzuikeaiI just needed a place to crash for the night, but this hotel was truly excellent! It was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bathhouse was open late. The service was absolutely outstanding, and they provided an exceptional array of amenities. Japanese hotels usually have good amenities, but these were the most comprehensive I've ever seen.

Guest UserSecond time staying here. This time, I was lucky enough to have a room with a view of Mount Fuji. The hotel isn't far from the JR station, about a ten-minute walk, so it's very convenient for going out to eat. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. The hotel service is also excellent. It's definitely worth staying here.

The best hotel in Atami! On the day of check-in and check-out, you get one free taxi ride to the station – just tell the driver your destination and you can hop off without paying. The rooms are spacious and come with a private hot spring tub, and the minibar is complimentary. The public onsen also offers free drinks. Dinner is included in the room rate, but I'd recommend skipping it since Atami has plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast is very international and suitable for Chinese tastes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Atami!

Amazing ryokan! Located conveniently close to the railway station it blends into local woods with its many small villas and paths. The room was nice and had our own balcony looking out to the woods. There was no lack of amenities, futons were comfortable, AC worked just fine, and the wi-fi connection was probably the best we've encountered in Japan.
We've tried 3 of 9 private baths and all of them were quite pleasant. However, the Kuromoji bath's door to the outdoor onsen didn't close all the way so it was chilly in the indoor bath, and the Hina bath had just 1 shower (we kind of expected at least 2).
The food was excellent! We enjoyed all the courses of dinner and breakfast, but I must say the quantity of dinner dishes was just enough to be 80% full. If you are accustomed to Japanese portions, you might find this dinner too light.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Hanafubuki ryokan and would love to come again!
