Positives:
The location is fantastic! The hotel is just steps away from an amazing beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I highly recommend getting up early to catch the beautiful sunrise.
The outdoor decor is nice and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a chill getaway.
Negatives:
We arrived late at night (around 10 PM), and the staff member who showed us to our room did not provide any information about the Wi-Fi, where to refill water, or breakfast times—essential details that travelers typically need after a long flight. My husband had to step outside to gather this information on his own. When you arrive at a hotel, you expect a warm welcome and a brief orientation, but instead, the staff member simply walked us to our room, opened the door, and left.
Additionally, there was construction scheduled for the following morning, which was mentioned in a message we received the night we checked in. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete loss of Wi-Fi and electricity for the entire morning. Given the price we paid, I would consider staying elsewhere next time. I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but service is a crucial aspect of any hotel experience. If the staff had been aware of the outages, they could have at least apologized or provided us with some information during check-in.
Overall, Hotel Michanti has a great location, and the breakfast was good, though a bit pricey. However, the customer service left something to be desired.

GGuest UserThe hotel was under construction, but despite that, the facilities were really poor. It was a shared (tiny) bathroom for 4 rooms. Toiled barely worked and the shower was cold. All that is fine if the price is low, but it was not a cheap hotel. I won't stay here again.

GGuest UserGood, there is a shopping mall right outside, the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. It is very convenient to go out for meals and clothes, and the neighborhood is also a safe neighborhood

The hotel amenities were really good. Very clean place.
Excellent service. I will go again and I recommend it if you want to be in the El Salvador Surf City 1 area.

AAlanPerfect location, more then perfect room size. Is one of the best accomodation in San Salvador. Host also very kind and good breakfast included. Parking inside is also convenient. Great pool .
