There are so many great things to say, but let's start with the location – it's absolutely fantastic! A true oasis of calm amidst the city's hustle and bustle. You're just a 5-minute walk from Hanjiang Road Pedestrian Street, Shuita Snack Street, and Baocheng Road Night Market. Plus, grab a shared bike, and you can reach Shanhaiguan Road for some local breakfast in about ten minutes. Even if you're exhausted, the hotel's breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, offering excellent value for money. The lobby also provides thoughtful refreshment kits, with sweet and refreshing lemon water. You can also pick up bottled water anytime you pass the elevator area. These small gestures and details really warmed our hearts, especially after a long day of travel. What's more, the service is wonderfully friendly and discreet. The staff are always available but never intrusive. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wuhan. Nice!

Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

This hotel is located above X118, the anime and manga hub of Central China. Downstairs is Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping super convenient. Plus, the nightlife here is vibrant, and the Line 2 subway station is right downstairs. Line 1 is just a few hundred meters away, and you can even walk to Wuguang.

This 5-star hotel really lives up to its reputation online. Right next to the check-in counter, they offer two kinds of complimentary hot beverages, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; they really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mian Wo, as well as Japanese sushi and Shaanxi Roujiamo, all of which were delicious. They even had both hot and cold low-fat milk. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a bidet or disposable seat covers, and the room also lacked an eco-friendly hotel tote bag.

Overall, it's pretty good. The room's decor uses high-quality materials, and if the weather is nice, the view from the room is beautiful. The breakfast variety is decent, and the fried eggs are quite authentic to Hubei's local taste.
Areas for improvement:
At breakfast, only chopsticks were available; I couldn't find forks or spoons within sight. A hotel of this caliber should have these as standard.
The pool hygiene wasn't great. The changing room floor was dirty, several faucets were broken, and the slipper disinfection seemed to be just for show. The floor around the pool also wasn't clean and appeared rarely swept.
When I called the front desk, the lady on the phone was very warm and detailed. However, upon arriving at the front desk, the reception staff were very cold. There weren't many guests that day, so they couldn't have been too busy. The check-out experience was equally cold, a stark contrast to the friendly person on the phone.
The view from the executive lounge should be even better, but the hotel doesn't promote it much. I suggest they develop this area more.

The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!

Shangri-La is always my top choice when traveling. Even though the facilities and decor at the Wuhan branch are a bit dated, a five-star hotel truly shines in its service and quality. The lobby manager provided excellent service, very patient, and even treated me to a local Wuhan specialty, spare rib and lotus root soup, during my stay. Also, the hotel breakfast, as always, was very rich and varied. The hotel's location is also superb; the subway is right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's also a short taxi ride to Li Huangpi Road and the Hanjiang River Beach. I would definitely choose Shangri-La again on my next visit to Wuhan.

The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.

I had a really great time at the Wuhan Huihao Hotel.
The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures.
The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m).
If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again!
Thank you very much for the great time and the comfortable stay at the hotel!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Wudang Mountain. I found this restaurant on the street. It was very low-key and reserved. I walked in to visit and it suddenly opened my eyes. I checked out of the hotel yesterday and moved in. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was good in many ways. It’s hard to describe. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. The private chef had a wide variety of wontons, stewed noodles, dumplings, glutinous rice balls, sweet wine eggs, etc. It was very friendly to me, who is used to getting up late. I arrived at the restaurant after breakfast time and the housekeeper had already collected the food. Because I smiled and asked the housekeeper to help me, the private chef did his best to feed me. A happy day begins.
The biggest surprise was meeting a very good travel companion in the hotel. When we visited Nanyan Palace, the guest named Ziyin who we met by chance explained to us the cultural origins of Nanyan Palace and its surrounding areas in a very professional manner. What a surprise. Later I learned that this guest was a frequent visitor of Ziyin and the wife of a professor at a university in Shiyan. There are no mortals on the fairy mountain, but you can meet immortals in Ziyin Hall.

Very Good
RR.ruiAs a loyal customer of Wharf Group, I can confidently say that all their hotels are consistently excellent! This Marco Polo hotel is conveniently located near the city center, offering great transport links and an abundance of dining and shopping options, all just a few minutes away by taxi, subway, or on foot. The views are absolutely stunning, especially the unique 270-degree river view – I absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room. Room service was also incredibly prompt!
GGuest UserFirst time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious.
Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill.
Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options.
Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

GGuest UserWe stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.
KKuangxiangdelvcheng_AileenI booked this hotel because I was going to Hubei Provincial Museum.
The hotel is in a good location. The Hubei Provincial Art Museum and Museum are across the street, but it is the back door of the museum. You have to go around a circle to get to the front door.
The hotel looks a bit old, but the room is very spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. Welcome fruit was given when I checked in on the first day. The breakfast is rich and the hot dry noodles taste good.
