I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh.
It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all.
The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood.
The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details.

Jenny at the guest services center provided excellent service. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Service was prompt and efficient. The location is absolutely fantastic: a five-minute walk to the terminal, and you can even see the terminal from your room. Highly recommend for travelers arriving late or departing early.

An absolutely superb five-star beachfront stay, exceeding all expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location with breathtaking, unobstructed sea views. The lobby is elegantly decorated and incredibly atmospheric. Our sea-view room was spacious, spotless, and featured high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, making falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves incredibly relaxing. Opening the window revealed stunning views of the clear blue sea and sky, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The staff were warm and professional; check-in was fast and efficient, and all our daily needs were met promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a fresh and abundant selection, and the facilities, including the beach and observation areas, were meticulously maintained. Our entire stay was comfortable and delightful, truly a five-star experience. Highly recommended for a vacation!
It truly lives up to its reputation as the best value-for-money hotel in Qingdao. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Qingdao. Finally, a special thank you to Manager Amanda for her arrangements and care; it was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, right across the street from Suochengli, and just a short walk from Wanda Plaza. It's also very close to Yantai Mountain. During the May Day holiday, parking was difficult, but a taxi ride from the hotel was just the minimum fare. The hotel management is excellent; from the doormen to the front desk staff, everyone is polite, demonstrating the professionalism expected of a star-rated hotel. On May 2nd, it rained on the day of check-in, which disrupted our plans, so we arrived early to see if we could check in. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly without any hesitation. They explained that the room was still being cleaned and that housekeeping had been notified to expedite the process, and also informed us that we could check in a little earlier, which made us feel very reassured. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Overall, a very pleasant stay! Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable.
I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me.
Overall, a fantastic experience.

I have to say, this really doesn't live up to the Sheraton brand. First, during the May Day holiday when there's a huge influx of people, there were only two staff members at the front desk checking people in. They only opened a third station after seeing a long queue forming. What's more, the front desk staff's efficiency and problem-solving skills were quite concerning.
Here's why: When I booked the room in advance, I specifically requested a room on the same floor as my parents. Following the front desk's instructions, I cancelled my original standard twin room and rebooked an executive floor twin room. Executive floor rooms are more expensive than standard ones. At the time, over the phone, they confirmed there were rooms available on the same floor, and the front desk agent assured me they had noted my request to be on the same floor, and I just needed to remind the check-in staff. However, on the day of check-in, the front desk first told me there were no rooms on the same floor. Even though they saw the note, for some unknown reason, the room hadn't been reserved in advance. I was willing to compromise, understanding that it was a busy holiday. But then, the front desk told me they would have to downgrade my room, taking me off the executive floor. This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel downgrading a customer's room when they haven't met the customer's initial request – especially since executive floor rooms are more expensive! This is completely out of line with the service standards expected of a star-rated hotel and made for a very poor experience.
With Zibo becoming more popular, more and more customers are visiting. I hope the service standards can keep up with the demand.
Reception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception.
We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal.
Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV.
I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent!
It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.

The stay was very satisfactory overall, really praised, and the stay was super comfortable! , Talk about the advantages of super favorites:, The overall environment of the hotel is particularly elegant and it is very relaxing. The room facilities are very new, the layout of the apartment is reasonable and comfortable, and all kinds of daily necessities and electrical appliances are also fully equipped. , The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room. It is too convenient to travel! , There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel and the taste is very good. , The front desk and cleaning staff are very good, and they are kind and gentle. , The location is really nothing to say, very close to the scenic spot and the station, it is super easy to go out and play, and take the car. , The drinks bar in the lobby must be praised, the drinks are delicious, the price is not expensive, and the price is absolutely perfect! , There are a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. The suite we live in, the living room socket is a bit small, there is no charging port next to the table and sofa, it is not convenient to play with mobile phone charging, it is quite necessary; 2, the guest bathroom of the suite does not have spare towels and hand sanitizer, daily temporary use will be a bit inconvenient; , 3, this is a seaside city, the bathroom can prepare a pair of plastic bath slippers, step on the water, wash will be much more practical; 4, the room put a capsule coffee machine, the result is a instant coffee, a little contrast, replaced with capsule coffee is more intimate; , 5. Unfortunately, the executive lounge and beer garden have not opened yet, and I can't experience it. It's a little regrettable; 6. The living room and bedroom are glass partitions and there is no curtain. If someone sleeps inside, the living room does not dare to turn on the light, and the experience of installing a blackout curtain is full!

Five stars, top marks! InterContinental Jinan Quancheng is definitely the first choice for anyone visiting Quancheng (Jinan)! ✨
My stay at InterContinental Jinan Quancheng was absolutely perfect. It truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for high-end hotels in the city center, and I highly recommend it!
🌟 Excellent Location, Super Convenient for Getting Around
The hotel is situated in a prime location in Jinan's city center, right next to Quancheng Square. It's within walking distance to famous attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Wulongtan Park, and Daming Lake is also very close. Downstairs, you'll find Guihe Shopping Center, and right next door is Parc 66, making it a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's incredibly convenient for both business trips and leisure travel.
🌟 Attentive and Thoughtful Service, Impeccable Details
From the moment I made the reservation, I experienced professional service. They called in advance to confirm my needs and even upgraded my room free of charge. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive. Housekeeping was meticulous, ensuring the room was cleaned daily, and they even thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and empty bottles for collecting spring water, which was incredibly heartwarming.
🌟 Spacious and Comfortable Rooms, Amazing Views
The room was exceptionally large with a well-designed layout. The 2-meter wide bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views; some rooms directly face Quancheng Square, allowing you to watch the musical fountain show without even leaving your room. The night view was particularly stunning. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a large bathtub, and high-end toiletries. The smart control system was both convenient and high-tech.
🌟 Rich and Delicious Dining, Full of Local Flavor
The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. Shandong specialties like 'Ba Zi Rou' (braised pork) and 'Tian Mo' (sweet gruel) were abundant and of excellent quality. The Executive Lounge was refined, with delicious afternoon tea and light meals. The Sky Beer Garden on the 12th floor boasted expansive views, perfect for overlooking Jinan's nightscape and an excellent spot for photos.
🌟 Comprehensive Facilities, Suitable for Both Leisure and Business
The gym is equipped with a full range of high-end equipment, including a yoga studio. The indoor heated pool has crystal-clear water and an all-glass curtain wall design, providing excellent natural light. Business facilities such as the Executive Lounge and meeting rooms are well-appointed, catering to business needs. The hotel also has excellent family-friendly facilities, making it super convenient for stays with children.
Overall, the experience was flawless. The location, service, hardware, and dining were all top-notch. It's undoubtedly the best choice for a hotel whether you're in Jinan for business or tourism. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Judy from Guest Relations was very warm and helpful.

AApiradeejHotel very close to Qingdao Sailing Center in a walking distance and not far from Hisense and 54 Square which we can walk to see the light. On our arrival we quite disappointed because the hotel staff still working on the construction with something on our floor but we have informed that it would finish by 5pm without inform that tomorrow there will start the maintances again. In my openion if you do the maintenance you should not put the guests on that floor but if cannot at least inform them in advance what they going to meet. The smart toilet also did not work while we arrive but after we told staff, the smart toilet in both floor back to wok which we very appreciate.
But overall experience after we spend 2 nights, we love the location but the hotel may need a bit maintance and update the facilities. And thank you very much for the helpful staffs.

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I didn't realize it was a basement room, and I was worried it might be damp, thinking my 70-year-old mother wouldn't be comfortable. When I checked in at the front desk, I inquired about a room upgrade, and to my surprise, the hotel had already upgraded our room for free! Their service was fantastic. They not only thoroughly explained how to use the room facilities and the breakfast arrangements but also gave us detailed information about the morning sunrise viewing spot. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room was very clean, and while the shower water pressure was a bit inconsistent, the water temperature was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations the most. For only 20 yuan per person, it was excellent value for money. I loved the stir-fried noodles with shredded potatoes, and the soy milk was also rich and fragrant. There were many other options to choose from. All in all, staying here was truly wonderful, and we even saw the most beautiful sunrise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I climb Mount Tai.

GGuest UserBefore my trip to Qingdao, I did a lot of research, and ultimately chose the Zendai Himalaya Hotel. It turns out that was the perfect decision!
First, I was amazed by the hotel's design. Inspired by the 'Himalayas,' the hotel perfectly blends modern art with natural elements. The lobby has incredibly high ceilings, exuding a sense of Zen and modernity. The art installations everywhere make it feel like walking into an art museum, perfect for taking photos.
The service was absolutely flawless. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and these small details made me feel so welcome. Every staff member had a genuine smile, and they were very patient when I asked for travel advice.
The room's comfort significantly boosted my sleep quality. Our room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent. What surprised me most was the cleanliness; not a speck of dust could be found under the bed or in the corners of the bathroom, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep during my travels.
The location is also superb. It's very close to Laoshan Scenic Area and the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself has a 'hidden gem' tranquility.
Breakfast also deserves praise. The variety was extensive, featuring not only authentic Qingdao seafood stir-fries but also freshly cooked wontons and noodles, satisfying my palate.
Overall, the Qingdao Zendai Himalaya Hotel offers both the high-end hardware quality of a luxury hotel and the warm, personalized touch of a guesthouse. If you're coming to Qingdao, whether for business or a family trip, choosing this place is a guaranteed win. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I won't hesitate to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe room is in very good condition, the environment is beautiful, very comfortable, and cost-effective. The free bottled water on the small table in the corridor is very convenient. There are many types of self-service meals, including the fish head soup from Xueye Lake. 99 yuan per person is very cost-effective. The environment for eating is very good, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xueye Lake while eating delicious food
GGuest UserWhat a spectacular experience! I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place earned it. The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and give great advice. Also, the dinner is excellent! If you are visiting Qufu, it doesn’t get better than this!

Kkateayf007This hotel in Yantai was truly excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, it was clean and hygienic, and the location was fantastic, right near Fisherman's Wharf with absolutely stunning views. The service was also top-notch. What really stood out was the complimentary travel photography session after check-in. The photography team was incredibly dedicated, highly skilled, and professional. They captured the best scenery, significantly enhancing my overall experience in Yantai. All in all, I was extremely satisfied, haha.
FFrancsmeiDuring the May Day holiday, I brought my wife and in-laws to Yantai for a family getaway and chose the Bayona Ruiting Hotel, located right by the First Bathing Beach. Our entire stay far exceeded expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up!
We booked one twin room and one sea-view king room. I was initially worried about my in-laws being uncomfortable, but during check-in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our sea-view king room to a spacious and bright sea-view suite for free! As soon as we entered, there were two chilled Yantai-specialty apple juices on the table, sweet and refreshing, instantly washing away our travel fatigue. This small detail truly warmed our hearts.
I must particularly commend the hotel's service! From the concierge helping with luggage upon arrival, to the front desk patiently introducing local attractions and eateries during check-in, and then to the room service. One evening, feeling a bit cold, I asked the front desk if I could get an extra blanket. In less than five minutes, a staff member delivered a clean blanket with a kind and efficient attitude.
Breakfast was another major highlight of our stay! The buffet breakfast offered a dazzling array of choices: local Yantai specialties like mackerel dumplings and seafood congee, as well as Western pastries, coffee, fruits, and soft noodles and light side dishes suitable for the elderly.
The hotel's location is truly unbeatable! Just across the road is the First Bathing Beach. In the evening, we took the elderly for a stroll on the beach, watched the sunset, and fed seagulls. Binhe Square and Chaoyang Street are just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient to visit the night market and enjoy snacks in the evening.
What surprised me most was the spectacular sea sunrise visible from our sea-view suite! I could sit on the sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window and watch the sun slowly rise from the horizon. Later, I found out there's also a sky garden on the 22nd floor of the hotel where you can watch the sunrise.
We didn't get to experience the pool and gym this time, but when we passed by, we saw the pool had a sea view and the equipment looked very clean. The gym was well-equipped and also had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea – I definitely want to try them next time. The hotel also offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient since we drove. We parked directly in the hotel's backyard, with an exclusive passage to the lobby, no detours needed, which was very friendly for families with elderly members.
Overall, choosing the Bayona Ruiting Hotel for this family trip was definitely the right decision! From the room upgrade to the thoughtful service, from the rich breakfast to the excellent location, every detail made us feel at home. It can meet the needs of family trips, romantic getaways, or business travel. I highly recommend it to everyone!
AAnonymous UserHere's my objective review of this stay.
Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is really cost-effective. You enjoy five-star trea**ent. After check-in, someone will bring your luggage to your room, and fruits will be prepared in the room. My good impression is instantly improved. In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. In comparison, I was most satisfied with the one I stayed in Jinan. Highly recommended...I'm not asking for help, I really want to recommend this good hotel to everyone.
DDantiiiI originally booked three nights at another hotel, but after staying for a while I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I decided to cancel two nights and find another one! I booked this hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. There was only one room left. I went directly the next day. It was much better than some chain hotels. It was a very thoughtful B&B hotel. You can park your car in the community. The small door leads to the seaside, which is very convenient.
I booked this special large bed room on the first floor next to the stairs. The stairs are made of wood, so it must not be very quiet. I hope friends who read this comment can understand each other and go upstairs more gently. I will feel better about living here. The guests in the room are friendlier~
Compared with other villa layouts, this room looks like a converted garage, so the window is a narrow door in the courtyard wall, but the high courtyard wall is well protected against theft, and the glass is also double-mirror, which is relatively safe, and the curtains are very light-blocking. good. The facilities in the room are good and the toiletries are complete.
The guys at the front desk are very attentive and gentle. Free coffee is always available at the front desk.
So it was a pleasant stay. I will choose here again next time I go to Qingdao.
