GGuest UserWe had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at Casino.
I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am .
We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

We had a fantastic family stay at Mercure Han-sur-Lesse! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the village and just a short walk from the famous caves and wildlife park. Our room was wonderfully spacious, exceptionally clean, and designed with a modern, comfortable touch that made us feel at home instantly. The beds provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff were remarkably friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request or local recommendation. We also really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property and the overall high standard of service. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. It truly provided the ideal base for our family trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the station, making it extremely convenient. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our luggage was too large to fit in the locker, so they kindly kept it for us. We really appreciated their excellent service and hospitality.

CCarla H.The Ibis is conveniently located to the center and a bit longer walk from the train station. We were unlucky enough that no internet went, which we only on demand. Otherwise everything was ok and usual Ibis standard.

GGeGreat little hotel in a small town. There are 3 close by restaurants to choose from.
It’s clean and cozy. Our room is downstairs close to the entrance and the rest of the rooms are upstairs (no lift).
It is self checkin process which was relatively smooth. The email instructions were all in French, which made it somewhat difficult to follow checkin instructions, but we worked it out quickly.
