The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. Strategically located in the city center and is also part of the mall building so everything that you need is just a few steps away from the hotel's lobby. It is near to restaurants outside the mall and also near to the pier area should you want a quick boat trip to Guimaras Island. Rooms are clean with all appliances functioning well. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Very affordable room rates! We will be back again should we visit Iloilo City in the future! 😍

We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great — they truly make your stay feel like home. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netong’s Batchoy, and Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo — perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It would be even better if they could bring back the complimentary van transport service from the port to the hotel and vice versa, as it was very convenient before. Overall, we had an amazing vacation, and our stay was truly enjoyable.

The room is good  We like the amenities and good location love the restaurant beside “cafe latte “ the food is good and affordable

This is a few meters from the beach. Close to Diniwid Beach. Takes a while to go to station 2. They clean regularly and staffs are nice and accommodating. Lilian the housekeeping person is sooooo nice.
