I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The service is professional, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience makes guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout. We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request.

The location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet. Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late. The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect.

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

The staff wasn't exactly friendly, but rather stiff. About a 15-minute walk from the train station. Shopping center about a 5-minute walk. About a 15-minute walk to the sights. Breakfast was varied, though more expensive than average. It was fine for one night because Iwrocław, as a tourist, was disappointing.

Ogolnie hotel ma swoje lata ale jak na tą okolice dla potrzeb biznesu jest ok. na plus: obsluga sympatyczna i chetna do pomocy. parking hotelowy dogodna lokalizacja. Ponadto jest pub i restauracja. Sniadania sa ok - nie ma jajecznicy z proszku + wielki plus za regionalne sery z okolicznej serowarnii. Na minus: strasznie mała kabina prysznicowa i troche słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem na 7 pietrze. Dodatkowo rano slyszalny halas z zewnatrz od ulicy

Cozy room, toilet and kitchen that are truly important! Very well communicated and helpful all staff such as Julia, Angelica and Michal. Good distance to the big nice park and historic churches. Two thumbs up for the hostel.

Good location but that's really about it. Hot/cold water dispenser at lobby but no cup provided. Very basic room with just furniture and a small tv. Worse, the cleaning lady opened the door at 9am even though room was locked and check out was ar 12pm. She saw me just awake on the bed and quickly closed the door. Was super appalled by this.

Polen ist bekannt für die leckere Küche, leider ist es in diesem Hotel untergegangen. Wenig Auswahl , Vorspeisen kommen einen vor wie Tiefkühlkost. Haben weiter auch nichts mehr zum Abend essen bestellt, war genug.  Das Frühstück ist da schon besser , doch auch da bei keinen nahmen haften Hotels in Polen ist das Frühstück deftiger und so wie es sein soll , lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns dann leckere Ambiente empfohlen, das war dann Mega. Am besten in die Altstadt gehen da hat man dann alles.
