The car provided by the supplier was excellent. We got a Lexus and it could easily fit three people in our luggage. The car was new and clean. We had an etc card for rent and no deposit was required. When returning the car, we only had to pay the etc card and the toll. We were staying near the car pick-up point (Tokoname Station), so we picked it up at the branch. It was convenient to get to, right next to the train station.

This is my second time renting a car from the same place. The pick-up location is very close to T1 Terminal 1. The staff was very attentive and could communicate in English. They explained the vehicle procedures in detail. The original car was a five-seater, but it was upgraded to a six-seater. The driving was very comfortable. If I come to Tokoname/Nagoya next time, I will definitely book a car here.
