The vehicle I booked was very good, although it wasn't the model I selected during the reservation process but was of the same class. I booked a 5-seater SUV with 4 people and 3 suitcases. The back of the vehicle only had room for 2 3-inch suitcases, and one barely fit between the back seats. Luckily, this only happened for the round-trip airport trips on the first and last two days 😝. Next time, I'll have to pay more attention to whether the vehicle has enough space 🤣.

Because the airport is so small, picking up and returning the car is right next to the airport, eliminating the need for a shuttle bus. It's very convenient. However, the staff's English skills could be improved. Also, the full insurance and high chair I added on the platform weren't reflected. When I picked up the car, the staff showed me the insurance subscription form, which I assumed was an indication of my purchase. Then they asked me to pay for it. I later realized they didn't know I had purchased it, and I assumed I'd forgotten. Overall, the platform quickly processed a refund for my insurance purchase. I also had to go back to the airport counter and pay for the high chair after I got in the car. While it was a little inconvenient, the friendly staff will definitely make me choose this hotel again.
