NNigulasizhaosiayoLocated on the outskirts of Queenstown, it's about a 15-minute drive to the town center. There's a McDonald's nearby. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff who are all very friendly. The room was spacious and the sanitary facilities were great.

HHuobatuThe hotel environment is particularly good, the proprietress is a Chinese sister, especially good, give me milk, it is very quiet, and very close to the scenic spot, there is a McDonald's and gas station ten meters away, there is a fish and chips 100 meters away, and the Chinese are also delicious but not friendly. In short, the hotel is very clean, the location is good, convenient and fast, parking is very convenient

SShosangThe price was great, really affordable. Parking is limited, and many spots without the hotel's logo require payment, so be careful not to make a mistake. Overall, the room conditions were excellent, and there's a simple, free gym. It's a 5-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 15 minutes to the city center, so it's right by the airport – perfect for those with a car. There's also a washing machine, dryer, and a heated towel rail.

YYuyijintianyekaixinlemaI highly recommend this hotel! Location: It's a 10-minute walk to the town center and a 5-minute walk to the lake. There's a direct bus from the airport that stops right at the hotel's doorstep, and the bus to the airport is on the same side of the street, which is super convenient! Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is made up daily. All the kitchenware is provided, so it's easy to cook meals. Ambiance: The environment is absolutely stunning! You can see the lake from the room, even when the weather isn't great. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but Queenstown is a popular tourist destination, and everything is expensive during peak season, so I still think it offers pretty good value for money.

AAmber Jong“Fantastic stay – highly recommend!” I had an excellent stay at the Cambridge Hotel. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

AadolalalalaGreat location! Although there's a steep hill to the town center, it's only a few minutes' walk. They also offer free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. After we checked out, the front desk even let us move our car to another parking lot that didn't require a key card, which was really convenient since our main activities were in the town center. Excellent value for money!

MMichael James PyzStayed at Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown and overall the hotel itself was quite nice. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Queenstown and access everything nearby. The room was comfortable, however housekeeping was disappointing during our stay. Towels were never changed and the toilet paper wasn’t refilled; it seemed like the only thing being done each day was the bed being made. I also asked for some assistance and advice on getting to the Highlands Motorsport Museum, but unfortunately staff weren’t very helpful with that either. The hotel has good potential because of its location and rooms, but service and attention to detail definitely need improvement.

AAnonymous UserOn the first night of my group tour, I suffered from dust allergies. When I arrived in Queenstown the next day, I booked an extra room for myself for the two-night stay. This hotel is also a D-brand hotel; I stayed at the same brand four times throughout the trip, but these two nights were the second-lowest allergy-inducing rooms of the entire journey. The room was relatively clean. My self-booked room was upgraded to the 4th floor, which had a sloped roof. Some people might mind it for feng shui reasons, but the full-window lake view was fantastic, and it wasn't noisy despite being diagonally opposite the elevator. The shower room was quite unique for Europe, America, and Oceania, more like the integrated shower units common in Japan. It had a door to prevent water leakage, the showerhead could be moved without having to stand in the bathtub, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. In hotels run by Indian owners, towels often have that distinct milky-sour smell after getting wet, but the towels here had a much fainter odor. Check-in at the front desk was very convenient and quick, and the breakfast was also abundant. The restaurant's lake view was also very pleasant.

GGuest UserThe balcony in the room is recessed, so the lake view is a bit limited. Drinking water, a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent are provided, but disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not, so you'll need to bring your own. It's also a bit of a drive or a lake bus ride to get to Queenstown's main street.
