Unfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Was upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. I was hoping for an upgrade at check-in, as I had booked two rooms for a three-day stay, but I wasn't even asked and was given a corner room. That was disappointing. The room itself was very clean and nice. However, there were no toothbrushes available, which isn't ideal for a 5-star hotel to have guests scrambling for a toothbrush. The pool and spa facilities are great, and breakfast is good. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

The hotel is located on a mountain. If you book a room on the seaside, you can not only see the ocean but also the entire city. Service was prompt; the necessary items were delivered to the room within two minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, suitable for a vacation. However, going down the mountain can be tiring unless you take a taxi.

I reached them and they said you don't have a view of the forest, your view is of the garden and the second thing is the breakfast is very very very simple and the cleaning is very bad you keep begging them
