Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

The hotel is pretty much near the entrance. Around 5 mins walk from the main entrance OR about 2-3 mins walk from the West entrance. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the terrace view is excellent! You will slightly hear the waterfall during the night time even when you closed the door, but that's not a big deal at all. I think the view we got is worth with the price. Whenever you want to rest, just come back to the hotel. Nice for those who want to spend time here.

Cherry was absolutely amazing and provided outstanding customer service and support. However, the hotel itself is outdated and was not very clean, with mildew visible in the showers. The breakfast offered a decent selection of Chinese dishes, but there were no clear labels indicating the type of meat used, and some dishes were incorrectly named. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering a lovely space to take a walk and relax.

This hotel has a unique local charm. A small stream gurgles outside the balcony, and sitting on the tea table there, gazing at the distant scenery, creates a truly special ambiance! The front desk staff (a young lady) was incredibly warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. She provided a detailed overview even before check-in and reserved a parking spot for me. After checking in, she meticulously planned out our Fuyrong Ancient Town itinerary and arranged a shuttle service to and from the scenic area. The driver was on-call, enthusiastic, and attentive, explaining local customs and the traditional culture of the Tujia people, which we found incredibly insightful! Their service left a deep impression on us! This place is highly recommended!

Great location! Downstairs, you're right on Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street. It's also super close to Hisense Plaza and Orange Isle. You can easily get to all the sights by subway. We stayed for two nights, and a cleaning lady came every day. We were even able to store our luggage after check-out.

They upgraded us to a projector room, which was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable – excellent value for money! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at for a tourist. They gave us a great overview of how to explore Fenghuang Ancient City (just recommendations, no pressure). Plus, the hotel offers free rides to attractions, and their food and restaurant recommendations were spot on. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is located uphill from Fenghuang Ancient Town, offering a very peaceful environment. You can hear birds chirping in the morning. It's only a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the riverside cloud bridge area, passing by Mr. Shen Congwen's tomb and Congwen Bookstore – a very scenic route that I've enjoyed walking several times these past few days. The hotel service is excellent. I booked a standalone villa with a private hot spring in the courtyard, which was easy to use, and the water quality was great; my parents and I had a wonderful time soaking. The complimentary afternoon tea was lovely, with delicious desserts. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and all the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

Though not huge, the space is exquisitely decorated and incredibly soothing, with thoughtful touches everywhere that make you feel instantly relaxed upon entering. The room is spotless and tidy, with soft, warm furnishings that create a wonderful ambiance, making for a truly comfortable stay. The massive projector is a brilliant touch; snuggling in bed at night watching a movie totally elevates the vibe and brings immense joy. The smart home system is another huge plus – voice-controlling the lights, curtains, and AC is so convenient and high-tech, greatly enhancing the overall experience. Overall, it's warm, comfortable, and convenient, with attention to detail and a five-star experience. It's perfect for a relaxing short stay and offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

This B&B experience was fantastic! The room was clean and cozy, with unique decor. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. The location was convenient and quiet. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from check-in instructions to travel suggestions. He was like a friend. The attention to detail and the value for money were excellent. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!
