A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.

Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers 24-hour airport shuttle service. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and there was 24-hour diffused light in the rooms. They even helped print documents upon check-out. I will definitely stay at Banlan Hotel next time!

Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around. Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early. Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.

Service is subjective, and honestly, both the front desk and the guest rooms are average. One detail: the ”Do Not Disturb” button turns on, and when you press it, a red light turns on outside. It's not noticeable, but that's how it's designed. Sometimes, when I sleep in late and want to get up later, I'll specifically turn on the ”Do Not Disturb” light. Just after 10:00, the housekeeper knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean. I was speechless. I went out to ask the front desk if the housekeeper checked the ”Do Not Disturb” light on the door, and she said yes. I told her to pay attention. The best hotel service in Wensu should be Four Seasons, so they should learn from them. The amenities in the standard rooms are a bit high (I'm a man, 175 cm tall), making them uncomfortable to sit on. It's square, and the two front corners dig into my thighs when I sit down, which is a bit bad. I wonder if the owner didn't know to sit on them and experience it when they were decorating the model rooms? The high-end rooms have electric toilets. When you sit down, they flush first. Perhaps due to the high water pressure, there's a chance that water will splash onto your butt. But this hotel has a unique trick: its mousse mattress is incredibly comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say it surpasses 99% of hotels, even five-star hotels. When staying in a hotel, the most important thing is comfort. For this mattress alone, I can tolerate all the other shortcomings. So, I stayed at this hotel for over 20 days. Then, after repeated price adjustments, I felt it wasn't worth the money, so I moved. I have to give a bad review for breakfast. I'd rather go out and eat steamed buns at a breakfast shop, or even go hungry if I'm too lazy. I wouldn't even bother with the hotel breakfast. It looks sumptuous, but there's actually not much that goes well with rice. The hot dishes early in the morning were stir-fried sausage with chili peppers, mapo tofu, and fried eggplant with green beans (which was super oily). They were completely lunch-like, and the taste was truly average. I couldn't eat them. I complained to the front desk twice, asking for a lighter breakfast, but I don't know if this has been improved (I stayed here from mid-July to early August 2025). Alas, when running a hotel, the owner and staff should act like customers and experience the experience to see where things are going wrong. I bet they didn't do that, but if they were willing to improve, this hotel would undoubtedly be the best in Wensu. Another small detail: the air conditioning vents have louvers that fold downward, so the cold air is directed towards the floor and bed, which isn't very friendly.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Airport Hotel on a business trip this time, and the overall experience was fantastic! Upon entering the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and quickly checked me in, instantly relaxing my tired body and soul. The room was cozy and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All my fatigue melted away the moment I lay down, and the fragrance was truly wonderful! I loved it! The hotel is in a great location, right near the airport, and offers free airport transfers, which is a real plus for someone like me who's rushing to catch a flight. Furthermore, there are numerous snack bars and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get groceries and eat. The breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to every taste. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling; you can't go wrong!

Nayeshanhe Guesthouse boasts a fantastic location, just a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and within walking distance of small shops serving local delicacies like roasted buns and hand-pulled rice, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the grasslands and mountains, which are especially beautiful when it snows. Waking up and drawing back the curtains in the morning instantly lifts your spirits. The bedding is also incredibly soft, instantly relieving travel fatigue. It's excellent value for money!

The room is also relatively warm, with intelligent equipment, and it is relatively fashionable, and looks like a newly opened store. The parking lot under the hotel is quite large. I asked the front desk whether there is an underground parking lot. If you come here in winter, it is a good choice

The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
