I come to Xinjiang every winter, and I visit whenever I have time during the entire ski season. This is probably one of the best guesthouses I've stayed at in Xinjiang so far! Their excellent service deserves a serious review! Frequent skiers visiting General Mountain will immediately recognize its location. It's right next to the B-zone ski equipment hall, almost ski-in/ski-out – a superb location. It just opened recently, and we arrived early that afternoon. The manager showed us around the different room types, and each one was wonderful. Although it was newly opened, there was no unpleasant smell at all. The decor was exquisite, tasteful, and clearly carefully designed. The owner spared no expense on materials, resulting in high quality throughout. Each room has a washer and dryer, convenient for changing clothes after skiing each day. Each room also has a Japanese-style soaking tub or bathtub, and the housekeeping was super thorough! The butler service was very attentive, responding quickly to all our needs and striving to meet them. The overall experience was truly warm and comfortable. My biggest worry about the high altitude was lack of oxygen, especially since it was my first time there. The room at Banlan had 24-hour oxygen supply, so I slept soundly until dawn without any problems. The room's details were even more surprising: a smart toilet, an air humidifier, and even face masks. The most amazing thing was that the carpets in the public areas and corridors were vacuumed daily. The newly renovated hotel had no unpleasant odors. 來阿勒泰玩偶然在平台上看到這家酒店看平台的照片就覺得設計裝修的很有品味，後面入住後發現實物確實和宣傳的照片一模一樣甚至我覺得更好！因為這家酒店讓我感到不一樣的是老闆除了在裝修上付出的心血還有我們入住後管家貼心的服務，比如早餐管家會提前問我們大概幾點起床會幫我們提前準備好，還貼心的送了熱咖啡！還幫我介紹了阿勒泰可以怎麼樣去玩以及我們可以從旁邊不遠的阿禾公路入口去到禾木，總之走阿禾公路的話住在這裏可以算是最好的選擇了。周邊還有個諾改特村可以去逛逛 除此之外我們是定的大床房，真的特別大，我感覺房間大概有60多平，可以辦公，有個大泡池可以泡澡，我們的房間還是大大的落地窗，冬日能和對象透過窗看外面的雪景，篝火，煙花，超級浪漫和以往住的酒店的體驗感真的完全不一樣！特別好！下次還來！對了，我們訂的房間號是209!
