They have membership app which can request and order amenity and reponse was quite fast and I was very admired. Service center also whatsup to give greerting makes easy communicate.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Always satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The onsen facility is what keeps us coming back to this hotel. One of the facilities that we think is really worth visiting. The food at the restaurant is also quite varied with a pretty good taste. Thank you Kuretakeso. We will be back again.

Location: Hotel area is ok, located just next to Kuningan Mall but because it's just right at a diverging traffic lanes, traffic is horrible when travelling out of the hotel. Service from staff is great and most have been generally helpful and polite. My only gripe with the hotel is that it's a bit old, even the towels looks old and the white lightings used in the rooms and common areas makes the hotel lobby looks more like a office building rather than a hotel. White lightings used in the room makes it not so comfortable to stay and sleep in, especially if I am travelling with my partner. The main reason I will not book this hotel again is because of the white lights and nothing to do with the staff's services. Didnt use much of the hotel's facilities to make any fair comments. Cleaning of the room can be improved with more attention being paid to details but not a deal breaker for me.

We had bad experience with the room amenities. The air conditioner didnt function well. Super duper hot even at night. Very little counter space to put our stuffs. Everything was basically on the floor. Really hate the shower curtain. The lighting in the room was too dark. The room and toilet were not very clean. Found hair here and there. Bathroom has mold and at the shower curtain too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. But the cafe is nice and comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is great because its near to Gambir Station.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and excellent breakfast. One thing I did not like is customers smoking during the breakfast. The hotel needs to put smokers in one part of the hall while a non-smoking section needs to be in another section. Not everyone likes to be subjected to second-hand smoke. Thank you.
