What an unexpected gem of a hotel! Stepping out of the subway station, I initially thought I had landed in the middle of nowhere. But as I walked towards the hotel, everything opened up beautifully! It's a lovely garden-style hotel – quiet, clean, spacious, and immaculately kept. They have a natural hot spring that was incredibly relaxing. Guests get free access to the adjacent amusement park; a standalone adult ticket costs 1200 JPY. Strolling around the park was very pleasant.

Very good location near Fushmi station & reasonable price. Staff really good & friendly. Front desk manager Yamamoto san is a showcase of outstanding hospitality. He speaks good English & has good memory in remembering us. Feel very much at home. Towels clean, new & white. Toilet in our room is brand new. Room usual as normal business hotel. Japanese breakfast has good varieties. Very pleasant stay. Would come again.
Next door is a big shopping centre/supermarket Terrasse Nayabashi. Most impressed with the excellent price of Waguy & Nagoya Hida beef, ready to eat with a fraction of price elsewhere.
First of March, surprised to see new luxuriant blooming of about 60 (or more) Sakura trees along Mitsukura dori 1 minutes fro hotel.

Service: It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk staff proactively informed us that we could borrow umbrellas for free from the lobby. They also provided information about the hot springs and even gave our child a yukata and toiletries, which was very thoughtful.
Public Bath: It was clean and tidy. It's truly rare to find hot springs in the city center. My daughter was thrilled to try it out for the first time. They also offered ramen for a late-night snack and free popsicles.
The location is also excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Sakae shopping district, and the subway station is right outside. It's only two stops to Nagoya Station. It's lively yet quiet – we would definitely visit again if we come back to Nagoya.
The hotel is located in Minamichita Town, not a self-drive tour will not come to this side, the hotel faces the sea, Japanese-style rooms are large, morning and evening are cooking set meals very good, but the hot spring is a bit old and needs to be improved.
Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.
It looks like a condominium at first glance. (Actually, the 5th floor or more was a condominium, and there seemed to be a resident.)
The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and there are many chairs on the 1st and 2nd floors, so there is plenty of room. I stayed in the room alone, so I could use it comfortably. Also. Breakfast was satisfying with a lot of items!
The only thing that made me worried was the entrance to the large communal bath. It was quite open and I was harassed that I could see the inside.
So near Tokoname station and Lawson. though room is a bit old, but it's super neat. The purifier needs change of filter though. Overall, we had a nice overnight stay
Speaking of Dormy, the hot springs ♨️ were great! The hot springs and sauna were relaxing! The breakfast menu also had a variety of delicious local foods, and the hitsumabushi was amazing in the morning. The rooms were also very clean, and it was a place I would like to come back to again next time.
Hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a sea of experiences.
The room was very spacious, composed of two rooms. One room was with a lovely forest and mountain river!
The room had hot and cold water thermos, two types of tea and a set for cooking. A set of clothes (yuccats, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, cleaner or air moisturizer. In the evening, while we had dinner, we were locked up in bed, asleep as killed)
Kayseki's dinner is amazing, very diverse tastes, have eaten up to the descent, if honestly. Breakfast was also very saturated!
Hot sources are very pleasant, only 3 species, of which 1 in the fresh air. The only thing that one was very hot for me, I couldn't even get in it, but here in the others sat with pleasure.
The hosts of the hotel are very pleasant, sweet, met us, drank tea with sweets, showed where you can walk and lunch (we arrived earlier).
The village itself is very picturesque, it is pleasant to walk around the district!
I feel like this is an underrated hotel. (But it may only be more convenient for those traveling by car. There seems to be no public transportation around.) This beach is amazing. You can walk 200 meters away and the water is only up to your knees. The water is clear and the waves are flat, which is very suitable for water wrestling [laughing] ] The hotel also thoughtfully prepares parasols and beach shoes for guests. It is only 50 meters away from the hotel to the beach [smile] The hot spring is a unique carbonate spring with salty water.

GGuest UserThe room is still a bit small for traveling with children, and the big suitcase can hardly be opened, but it is still OK for traveling alone.
Advantages: The front desk is very friendly, free breakfast until 8:30 (9:00 on weekends), free coffee, and male and female baths from 3:00 pm to 9:00 am. This price should be unbeatable in Japan. It is opposite the Shinkansen but not noisy at all, and the double-glazed windows are unbeatable. The room is very dark with the curtains drawn. People who are afraid of light can sleep well.
Disadvantages: Breakfast at 8:30 is only suitable for business people, and it is really hard to get up. Checking out at 10 o'clock is also very frustrating, but you can pay 1,000 yen to delay it to 11 o'clock or 2,000 yen to delay it to 12 o'clock.
In general, this location is still very suitable, but I probably won't stay here again if I travel with children. I will book two rooms for myself or my parents.
MMomocoLOStayed for 2 nights.
Good service.
Onsen is good.
Breakfast ok.
Dinner very good.
Room is tidy and clean.
The mattress and pillows are really very good.
Location is close to the airport (30 mins approx) and Suzuka (around an hour). There is a supermarket just next to the hotel.
And lots of other restaurants or drug stores or convenience stores nearby.; just takes 2-5 minutes drive.
If Route Inn can add the GPS (phone #) on the website that’s much easier for tourists. We drove from Toyota Museum and it should take about 30mins but just because we didn’t have the correct phone # to set the GPS on the car and the worst is the Google didn’t work well in Nagoya Ciry and finally we took 2 hours to get there!

AAnonymous UserAlthough the room is a bit old, it is well-equipped with facilities. There is also a free shuttle bus. The scenery is beautiful, the public bath is large, the restaurant has a good view, and the overall price-performance ratio of the hotel is very high.
