We really enjoyed staying in Thermal Park, staff are friendly, facility is excellent, and location is perfect. We were originally booked for one night only, but fell in love with this place and stayed three nights instead.

The resort is located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, and the lake views here are refreshing. In the early morning, you can enjoy the mist rising from the lake, and at dusk, the afterglow of the setting sun reflects on the water, and the scenery is breathtaking. This natural environment adds a lot of poetry to the entire stay experience.

A very disappointing hotel. The price is very expensive compared to other local wines. The price-performance ratio is poor. But the location is excellent. Unfortunately, it did not make good use of the location. The most serious thing is that the hygiene is very poor and can even be bad. The overall service is basically good. It is really a pity for this hotel.

We reached there after their check in time but hotel give very clear instructions and make check in smooth. We have 4 of us and the cabin is nice to stay for 4 persons. Small kitchen and allow you to cook simple meal. Night time bit cold and heather make us feel warmer. Definitely will come and visit again.

The so-called breakfast was too poor. It only consisted of two slices of bread, two cans of yogurt, a 200ml box of milk, and a few jams. They were placed in the room on the day of check-in. The key is that the yogurt and milk were not placed in the refrigerator. The so-called motel hot springs are just two tiled pools from the 1970s in China.

The room is too small, the bed is small, and the kitchen and bathroom are small. There are two small hot spring pools, but it is not sure whether it is hot spring water or ordinary hot water. You can go for a bath when you are young.

In the trip to New Zealand that just ended, I had an extremely wonderful and unforgettable experience. From the carefully planned tour route, to the professional and responsible travel agency arrangements, to the wonderful explanations of the tour guides and the meticulous and careful service of the team leader Dai Jie, every link is perfect. The arrangement of the tour route is unique. Our itinerary covers many highlights of the North and South Islands of New Zealand, from the bustling city of Auckland on the North Island to the magical geothermal wonders of Rotorua; from the magnificent mountains and rivers of Queenstown on the South Island to the bright starry sky of Lake Tekapo. Whether it is natural scenery or cultural customs, we can enjoy them to our heart's content. The itinerary for each day is reasonable and compact, which will not make people feel hurried and tired, but also make full use of time and deeply experience the unique charm of each place. The travel agency's arrangements are very thoughtful. The accommodation options are even more intimate, from warm homestays to luxurious hotels, which can meet the needs of different tourists, and the superior geographical location makes it convenient for us to travel and rest. In terms of catering arrangements, not only can we taste the local specialties, but also fully consider the differences in tourists' tastes to ensure that everyone can eat to their satisfaction. The explanations by tour guide Jerry and team leader Dai Jie were a highlight of the trip. They are well-versed in New Zealand's history, culture, geography, etc. Every time they visit a scenic spot, they can give us a vivid, interesting and easy-to-understand explanation, which gives us a deeper understanding and knowledge of this beautiful country. Whether it is the mysterious legends of Maori culture or the ecological habits of the unique local animals and plants, they can all be told. The team leader's attentive service makes people feel warm. From patient communication and careful preparation before the trip to the care and concern for every tourist during the trip, he always accompanies us with enthusiasm and professionalism. Jay can solve any problems quickly and effectively, so that our trip has no worries. The happiest thing is that the team leader's photography buff is full. Take beautiful pictures and videos for everyone throughout the journey. Finally, make a travel Vlog for everyone. Be sure to add chicken legs. This trip to New Zealand has become a precious and beautiful memory in my life because of the excellent travel route arrangement and thoughtful team leader service. Amway recommends the Antelope Tribe to friends who want to explore New Zealand. I believe they will definitely bring you an equally wonderful journey!

GGuest UserClean and nice deco room, lovely water view, spacious bathroom, however, the facilities such as gym and cleanliness in public areas can be improved. As to location, if you drive, that’s no a problem at all, would love to recommend this resort.

AAxellyOur stay at the Black Swan Hotel was truly amazing. Originally, we were booked at the Hana Lodge, but due to renovations, we were moved to their sister property in the heart of Rotorua. Despite the change, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The room amenities were incredible. We had a free mini bar that was replenished daily, a large, comfortable bed, and breathtaking views of the lakes. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous. The breakfast served from 7 am was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rotorua.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, close to the lake, the accommodation is on the first floor, and the second floor is the restaurant and other public facilities. I like the breakfast room on the second floor, which is said to be the best in the town. But I can't praise the sincerity of the hotel's service. We arrived at night, and we were greeted by a Chinese who claimed to be borrowed from another hotel to work the night shift. I learned that the owner of the hotel is Chinese. There are several stores in the town, so it is understandable that the staff are shared. But the following few things are very strange and make people doubt whether this store has professionalism and evil intentions: First, we were arranged to stay in a room. After settling down, we checked the original order and found that it was inconsistent with the room type picture in the order. We found the receptionist and responded that it was a mistake because he was not familiar with it. He agreed to change it and showed enthusiasm to help move the luggage. We forgave him temporarily; After checking in, we found that there was a device failure and called the waiter again. He came to fix it himself. At this time, it was known that he was not a temporary help and was not unfamiliar with the situation in the store; At breakfast the next day, one of us went to breakfast first and found that there was only a small area with simple milk, cold bread and other foods. He asked the waiter (still the same person) why there were so few. He brought an English menu and said that there were freshly made dishes here, but they needed to be paid separately. When we came to eat, the waiter still swore that it only included a simple breakfast😰. It is not uncommon for breakfast restaurants to make breakfast according to customer needs. Our hotel room included breakfast fees, so how could it be just simple milk and bread? At this time, the waiter started to call someone, and a white woman came. After a few simple conversations, it was immediately OK. At the same time, it also reported to Ctrip, which booked the hotel. After verification, Ctrip apologized and comforted. A wonderful journey, beautiful scenery, and a beautiful breakfast were almost ruined by the waiter. The most ridiculous thing is that he swore that this is the case here, and a single order will be charged separately. After proving that he was wrong, he also added that the store where I work charges separately; Another detail that happened later proved his problem again: when we communicated with the white staff and got OK, she brought over a Chinese and English menu. Recalling that the Chinese waiter only handed over the English one. At this point, there is no doubt that it was intentional before. To put it nicely, it was done by the employees themselves. If they were caught, they would collect black money to make extra money, but there was obviously no price on the menu. Is this blind or low IQ? ! The waiter also introduced himself as working here after graduating from a graduate program in New Zealand. I suspect that the hotel owner instructed them to test the waters with Chinese guests. When someone raised a question, he said that the waiter was unfamiliar with the situation and made a mistake. If he got away with it, he would get away with it. If the waiter was really unfamiliar with the situation and made repeated mistakes, the hotel is also responsible. Since it is a hotel open to the public and the price is not cheap, shouldn't it be equipped with professional and well-educated waiters? Isn't it a serious discount on the service if someone who is not trained and unfamiliar with the situation comes? ! Fortunately, Ctrip is guaranteed. Afterwards, it has received a 300 yuan consolation payment. I hope that in the future, it will strengthen the review and supervision of this type of non-standard homestay hotel services to protect the interests of tourists, especially to avoid possible traps in overseas travel. I didn't expect that even today, I would still encounter traps set by Chinese people against Chinese people. I hope that I will not receive consolation money in the future. After all, it is more important to be happy when traveling. But thank you Ctrip for its quick response.
