Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Great facilities, pool and beach access. The beach is amazing especially the waves and beautiful sunset. Food was good there are many varieties as well. Full board was a good choice. Food and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic are free and unlimited. You will definitely enjoy.

Thank you to all the staff, who always smile, do their job 100%, always help guests, first of all thanks to Mark who met us at reception, who gave us advice, organised my brother's birthday party, thanks to the people at reception as they are the face of the hotel, thanks to the maids who always tidy up the room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the rooms are always clean, the beach is clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful. But there is not enough entertainment for adults , I will come back here again .

After hearing such great things about the Rixos on Saadiyat island, we decided to book a last minute winter break after the hectic Christmas rush. We knew the hotel was beautiful and this was going to be the perfect relaxing holiday which was just what we needed, but wow our expectations were exceeded. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff could not do enough for you and the service was exceptional. On our arrival we were blown away just by how stunning the hotel is and when checking in we were upgraded to a suite which had the most stunning views of the pool and ocean, we couldn’t of asked for a better room. Soumen, was our holiday assistant and he could not do enough for us, he explained anything we needed at any time of the day and they were there to help, he organised for us to have late check out due to our flight time home and allowed us to utilise the facilities on our last day and arranged lunch for us, once we had checked out. The spa which we had full access to, was truly stunning and created such a calm zen vibe with so many areas of relaxation to offer, which was lovely to finish the day off in. This was one of our favourite parts of the hotel! Our room was stunning and our house keeper Cherry, kept our room so clean and well stocked. The al a carte restaurants on offer were divine and turquoise the buffet style restaurant offered such a delicious wide variety at every meal, and any beverage you wanted could be provided. The staff in the restaurants waited on you like royalty and on our final night, Chris our waiter from the turquoise restaurant provided such a nice evening for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, he was so kind and we had such a lovely conversation with him, he is an asset to your company. We could not fault this hotel and our stay, we had the most wonderful time and were so sad to leave and will definitely be returning. The only downside to our trip was the weather wasn’t great but none the less even on the windy days the hotel provided blankets so you could still enjoy being outside at the bars or restaurants or even by the pool! If you’re looking for a stay where the service goes above and beyond in the most beautiful hotel, this is the place for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will definitely be back. Excellent hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. All hotel services were of a superb level. Great restaurant with a diverse menu. Beautiful, well-maintained hotel grounds with various relaxation areas. A special thanks to the Roxy Kids Club team for the entertaining programs for children throughout the day; my daughter was absolutely delighted. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Ask someone! Rixos Saadiyat has a lot to offer and you can not do it alone. Luckily, we’re assisted by a lot of beautiful staff members along the way and made our stay more beautiful! Shoutout to Marc in the lobby, Mae in Turquoise, Rommel in People’s and Dasun in the pool and beach bar. All of the staff members contributed to our well-spent holiday before kids’ school resumes.

Just come back from a fantastic holiday thought I would share my experience. Hotel is fantastic has all you need in premium hotel. When we arrived we were really made to feel welcome and then shown to our room by guest relation manager. What's really nice is that every time I saw him always remembered my name and always asked me how my holiday was going. Now I don't remember his name but made me feel so welcome. We upgraded our room to Sea view and we were really happy with layout. I have added pictures of room plenty space and also loads of hangers. Really nice comfy bed room was epic. Food was also much better than what I was expecting to be honest. A La Carte restaurants were really easy to book. My wife booked all including Teppanyaki on first morning including fish. I really don't like fish but we booked them all to get experience. Loved Teppanyaki food was amazing really good to be honest. My fav was Asian closely followed by Mermaid fish Restaurant. For someone who don't like fish this is biggest complement I can pay. Pool was fantastic with sunbeds available throughout day. Went to spa Pool couple times which was beautiful. Cool Pool comfy beds stunning. Beach bar in afternoon was place to be at end day. Little music watching sunset what more could you want We eat in buffet several times and I have to say was blown away by quality of food. Wasn't biggest variety but what was available was hot tasty and really well presented. We often eat in Adults only are which was so good. We had the doctor serve us some fantastic gin cocktails at the buffet which was a really nice touch. Rodney was also fantastic host. Very attenterive awsome at making good cocktails in lobby bar This brings me to the staff. I have to say I was blown away with service and friendliness of everyone. Firstly Jerby who looked after Pool bars and Beach bar. He couldn't do enough for you nothing was to much trouble. Drinks were flowing but service was exceptional. Skaters around pool worked hard so I didn't have to. Always asked when skating by if u wanted another drink. I also loved beach which by the way was amazing. Each parasol had button when u pressed would get served to lounger. On couple occasions was served by Gabrial who was truly amazing. Never stopped always with smile. Service is key part to any buisness and Jerby and his team are a fantastic example of what great service looks like. Now it's not all positive Firstly I'm not sure why but you don't get beers in mini bar. In my opinion this isn't good enough. Simple to sort out but really on 1st class hotel which this is should be a given. At some points was not enough people serving at busy times. Now my biggest gripe is cocktails. I love cocktails really do. Cocktails were not consistent. Some were fantastic then have same cocktail at another bar or another day Wasn't great. Evening was where this was most noticeable. In my opinion if you are offering cocktails then make them properly and consistent

Wonderful week away at this beautiful, luxuriously decorated resort. Friendly and helpful staff , on arrival , I was extremely appreciative of early check in provided by the front desk team . Our room was luxurious and our room service lady Shanta did a great job in taking care of us . Food choice is superb at the buffet restaurant. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant for a la carte choice . Kids pool and water park and access to the private beach was wonderful in convenience for families with children and staffed with life guards and a mini kids ice cream bar and dining options at the Rixos kids bar . Big thank you to Marc on the front desk team and the buffet restaurant staff ( Sonu, Dinesh , Mae and Ankish and the chief manny for making my chai everyday ) who made our week memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for this team . Keep up the high standards . We hope to visit again and have no hesitation in recommending this resort.

Starting, greeting from our car both the doorman, vale, during check in process they were attentive, gentile. Explanation of hotel facilities were clean and understandable. We had the family room connected, rooms were excellent clean, tidy, fresh. Bathroom, shower all were clean ready like that we were the first guest in the room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is adorable, tasty, fresh, on time. Batu at the dinner buffet at the servi e side he greated us and the team provided excellent service. They recommended tasty wines. Hostess at the greating helped and provided birthday cake for celebration she was marvelous. There were no ques- lines that much. Easy to reach every thing. Service was great. Attentive, sincere staff. Beach side while sunbathing just enough for calling the server. You may have any drinks. Gabriel was very polite and watching the guest orders.

Fantastic stay .everything was amazing, the food , the drinks , the staff ,the service quality , the staff is so helpful and polite . Special thanks to Rohit and harman at Olga . The food is just amazing with huge variety and very high quality. Kids club area is so nice and we had great birthday celebrations for my wife
