酒店風景不錯，有自己的專屬海灘，配套設施也還可以，朱美拉連鎖硬件設施還是不錯的。因為預訂的是half board，入住之前聯繫攜程告知通行有個8歲的孩子，請他們跟酒店落實下孩子入住吉用餐需要額外收費嗎？並且告知入住當天是孩子生日，攜程客服和酒店落實後回覆説不額外收取費用，並且會送一個生日蛋糕已作為孩子的生日禮物（有文字和電話作證），預示在預訂時特別説明有個八歲孩子一起，但入住當天check in時，遇到前台一個女的，告知我們因為孩子8歲了需要額外付款200多迪拉姆的費用，還説我們事先沒告知有八歲孩子入住，非得繳費，不是錢的問題，是怎麼能前後不一致呢？於是強硬和這個女前台掰扯説明之前有告知…不願多交費。沒辦法那女的説衹好去請示經理，後來我又找攜程客服。最後沒有收取我們額外費用。但感受不太好，另外就是小盆友的生日蛋糕也是多次催促才送到房間，但沒有火柴，因為要點蠟燭。後來打電話給服務枱，打了三次電話最後才送到房間來。

酒店環境非常好👍度假型酒店，服務細節很到位，人不多，早餐非常好，很有當地特色，小而精，也不用排隊，酒店的沙灘特別美，我們定的房型有一沙發床，非常適合帶孩子的家庭，很方便！唯一不足的是地理位置比較偏，附近沒有什麼便利店餐廳，衹能酒店用餐

酒店不錯，服務也可以，有紀念品。意大利餐廳和阿拉伯餐廳都不錯。泳池很乾凈，海邊的沙都很白。不過部分工作銜接有點脱節

房間比較小，裝修簡單，相對第一天住的古堡酒店，這裏的服務是要差一些的，收了每晚1200的加床費，一直到晩上10點都沒來加床。還好後面攜程圓滿解決了！早餐品種少，小童樂園還不錯
