Hotel is new and looks good. But our first night was a disaster. After rain huge flood happened in the room and corridor. The water was ankle-deep in the room, and ceiling in the corridor felt down. It happened during the night. We called reception and asked for urgent help but nobody came. After we came down ourselves, receptionist proposed another room on a higher floor.
The bottom line here:
1. The hotel was not designed correctly and is not prepared for rain. This is an omission of the building's master planner. Don’t stay on 3rd or 4th floors (they were affected mostly by the flood).
2. In emergent situations, the reception should focus on guests first, not on cleaning floors.
