Last minute business trip , room was decent no air con but a ceiling fan that makes noise all night. Bed was comfortable, there was no tea making facilities in the room .. tried ringing room service no answer..

Lovely hotel spa really nice breakfast lovely one of the best had will be back. Kids can go in spa from 3pm onwards

Perfect place to stay for Creamfields, same price or cheaper than the competitors and overall better. Spacious room, nice bathroom and the bar was serving food until 2am which was great. We haven't tried the spa, but it's a bonus.

The hotel is a bit dilapidated, but the hygiene level is acceptable. The breakfast is poor. The price is quite affordable, so I stayed.

Stayed here for work one evening, absolutely loved it. Quiet and peaceful, very comfortable, super wifi and the most incredible bed and pillows, the best nights sleep I've had in a long time :) Sadly, I didnt get phone signal because I was sub zero but the wifi was so good and reliable I didn't notice. Breakfast was just as good, plenty of variety and fresh. Will definitely return

Booked a king size superior room. Arrived and was checked in to a small double. Questioned customer service who advised me that it was a mistake on the system.
No king size rooms available. So had no option but stay with the double. Offered a measly 10% discount which worked out at £10. But, it cost £20 to upgrade to the superior king size room.
Will not stay here again.

As a VIP property and a Gold member for *******, there was no acknowledgement of that during check in. Although the family room (222) we got was large, it was very cold and none of the heaters worked. Bathroom a little worn out, e.g. chipped bathroom tiles, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. I did mention the cold room.l, but then I only got a small portable heater that was obviously not big enough for the size of room. Room view was not something that I was necessarily looking for, but it was overlooking the roof of some sort of outbuilding which wasn’t great. Shame about the room. Would have liked breakfast to finish later in the weekends (finished at 10am), and for more than one coffee machine to be working given the amount of people queuing. Maybe we’re a bit unlucky with the room, but I would have actually liked to have seen my ******* benefits, which I didn’t.
