Traditional kaiseki cuisine in Sukiya style. The seasoning makes use of the ingredients, making it elegant and delicious. The open-air bath in the large public bath had beautiful rocks, and the hot water was as smooth as a serum. The hot spring water here has a nice, slightly sweet scent. I don't like hot water or strong-smelling hot springs, so I found this one to have a really good temperature, scent, and quality, so I was able to enjoy it as many times as I wanted. Everyone working here has a warm smile every time I pass by them, and everyone seems to be doing their best, which is nice. I've never seen the landlady look so beautiful. Perhaps because it is located in southern Shinshu, I get the impression that the best aspects of Japan have not been harmed and have been carefully protected. I felt that it was a special inn that I would like to visit again from time to time.

The room was spacious, and the open-air bath and hot spring bath attached to the room were nice.There was a Kyogen performance at night, and the breakfast was good, with 31 types of tanka, but the dinner was nothing worth taking pictures of, and the number and quantity of items were too low. few. Even though I gave him 5,000 yen as a gratuity, when I asked him to add more pickles to the last meal, he said, ``I can't do that.'' It costs 50,000 yen per person and you can't even get a small refill of pickles.I think it's disgusting that you can't even ask for such flexibility. I would like to confirm whether it is a question of the quality of Mr. Nakai who has a room, or the quality of the inn.

A splendid gate and building, a Noh stage showcasing local performing arts, generally well-trained staff, and delicious food. We splurged on a room with an open-air bath for 50,000 yen/person/night. Normally this would be a five star rating, but the way the food was served was terrible. Dinner was in a private room at the restaurant, but they said it was good to have it first, so next they brought two dishes, including a bowl, and before they finished eating, they brought two more, then three! And best of all, they brought rice and dessert together! ! Wow, this is an amazing inn. I was able to eat a large amount of courses in less than an hour. There is nothing fancy about the food. I won't be visiting again. This is a disappointing accommodation.

昼神温泉は昭和48年に鉄道トンネル工事によって発見された比較的新しい温泉。湯質はアルカリ性で肌にとろりとまとわりつくような非常に心地よい。このお湯にまたいつか来たいと思わせる価値がある。いしだは館内全て平家で一部屋毎にレイアウトが違う。窓側には日本庭園が部屋毎に。今回の部屋は広々したベッドルーム(2ベッド)と広い和室。3人で宿泊したので娘が和室を独り占めで寝ました。食事も別室で一級品の和会席を堪能した。コロナ禍のおり個室での食事は必須だと思う。
