房間超級寬闊，剛剛好是拐彎角的位置，比普通標間大兩倍。窗外風景美得像童話。暖氣剛剛好，不會太熱以至於幹到難受。早餐服務很貼心。看到我們八點四十多才出門到後花園去玩潑水成冰，還貼心給我們建議，借給我潑水工具，還留了兩份早餐給我們。太貼心了。安靜美麗的政府接待規格冬日最佳選擇。還好選了在阿爾山。晚上還能看窗外雪村的焰火。太美好了。晚上可以點菜送到房間。和去街上飯館吃一個價。但是舒服多了。口味好還量大實惠。

房間很棒，出門也很方便，門口就可以玩雪，小孩子一到就在門口玩了很久的雪，早餐有本地特色的菜，酒店服務態度也好

非常不錯的酒店，挨着雪村，服務態度很好，早餐好吃，還可以點菜吃午飯晚飯，冬天去很多飯館不開，這裏很方便，價格也不高。每天晚上送兩杯熱牛奶，房間還有一桶五里泉的泉水提供。超級滿意！

春節期間阿爾山酒店開得不多，寒潮温度到了白天-30，好在那倫酒店這個選擇很驚喜。一是就在阿爾山雪村旁邊，適合我們重點去玩雪的路線，很方便，二是硬件都不錯，供暖足，房間方正，衞生乾淨，三是服務態度好，很細緻，比如早餐都很注重食物保温，安排有變動也會打電話溝通。十分推薦！（衹拍了酒店外觀和房間看出去的景色的照片）

酒店服務非常好，大部分很熱情，甚至-超越各類五星級。 中途有一些小誤會也積極配合解決，總體很推薦，如果再去玩還會選擇這裏。
最吸引的還有大廚的手藝，真的每一道菜都不會讓你失望。

非常不滿！我們一行8人 分別預訂了4個房間，在我其中兩個房間的朋友辦完入住上樓後，前台竟然截住後邊的一個同行的朋友，交納4個房間的按金？！匪夷所思的要求！也令我們十分尷尬。結果為了不耽誤時間，朋友還是配合繳納了所有房間按金。第二天出發的時候去前台退房，前台一個人也沒有。總得有個人值班吧？！這可是“正規”酒店…… 於是所有人吧房卡放到前台桌上離開了。就在我們走後倆小時，酒店竟然打電話要扣朋友的按金，理由是：枕頭有污漬！真牛👍兩個不染髮的大男人能把你們的枕頭弄得多臟？！要扣60塊錢。在我們説要和攜程溝通拒付之後，又打來電話説可以處理掉，説什麼經理特批不扣了…… 真不知道這個錢到底是誰想要。不專業不正規 十分影響旅行心情！絕對不推薦！

以我出遊10年選擇酒店的經驗給大家推薦該酒店，不要看他家沒有點評就錯過這麼好的酒店。套房的户型相當正，不是邊角房型，即使加床後，房間也很寬敞，床很舒服。酒店的晚餐經濟實惠還可口，早餐第一天是給送的房間的，種類不多味道不錯就是量有點少，估計是怕大家浪費；第二天就開了自助，雖説沒有大城市種類那麼豐富，我覺得應該是春節期間客人和工作人員都不多的原因，但是並不影響吃飽吃好吃開心。雖説最後有點瑕疵，但並沒有降低酒店帶給我全家人的滿意度、舒適度（我父母特意讓我給多寫點好評價），自我安慰一下那也不算事。最後，希望旺季不要漲價太多，因為我已經和朋友約好秋季再去阿爾山了。
