First time at this hotel, fantastic service we had a great time. All staff fantastic A++++ felt home wonderful service, nice restaurant and lounge, swimming pool. Reception service great thanks to Saladin, Fatima,asma,Abdul,mustafa, and the security, restaurant team all fantastic service thank you very much and hope to come back soon.

Keep away !!!!!!! Really bad experience. Beds are ment to be double beds although they just join two single beds and it really is uncomfortable. They do let evening company although only allow the girls they want. Most staff is nice dealing with although not the night staff. Security at night makes you feel uncomfortable giggling and mocking. Night staff is challenging and when complained to hotel owner nothing was done regarding the matter the actual person which was complained about was even more challenging. Not professional at all, coming from the uk paying top $ to be in a nice and cosy place it’s been actually embarrassing and disappointing. They entertain for arabs due to high charges and higher tips. Over rated.

I had my phone stolen there and I suspect the hotel reception staff was involved. The Hotel staff also involved in nighttime thieving scams with local freelance females. Although it appears reasonable price wise parts of the building appear unfinished. I would consider very carefully any decision to stay there. You have been warned, Very poor 💩

Had very bad experience with this hotel. Had some Moroccan girls with us in the hotel room and manager told us no problem After 1 hour we had police knocking our door and they told us girls are not allowed we can not take Moroccan girls in our room and asked us €5000 otherwise we go prison I spoken to hotel management what this and they said give them money. So we settle a deal and left the hotel. Every thing was planed already by the hotel management just to get money out of us as we are tourist and they know that we can not do anything.
