The room is very large by Japan standard
Can sleep 3 persons comfortably and the hotel is surrounded by nature

雪が積る寒い中でしたが、ホテル内は暖かく、スタッフさんも感じの良い方達でした。特に配膳して下さったおばちゃま達には癒されました。夕食も朝食もとっても美味しくて、白米はおかず要らない位美味しかった。
温泉は、露天風呂と屋内で1種類ずつだけど、とっても温まりました。
また、行きたいホテルでした。

素泊まりでの3泊で利用させて頂きました。
近場にコンビニもあるし、お食事処もあったので不便はありませんでした。
和室の部屋でゆっくり出来て子供達も満足の様子でした。
コロナの予防作として大浴場も人数制限されていて、私達の入る時には貸し切り状態で優雅に入らせて頂きました。

webで予約してペット同伴のコメントを入れたところ、翌日直ぐにメール返信とお電話をくださり、丁寧に対応していただき安心して現地に向かうことが出来ました。
家族8名で宿泊したところ食事は広いお部屋を用意していただき、一家団欒ゆっくり食事が出来ました。お食事も美味しかったです。
スタッフのおもてなしも良かったです。
和室は綺麗にお掃除されていましたが、洋室のベッドの下にかなりホコリがたまっていたそうです。
全般的に良かったです
