It was nice and clean inside. Outside was kind of a mess, but to be fair there is a good amount of construction going on. The parking is kind of a mess as well.

Free warm cookie any time, we also had a voucher for free breakfast every morning, it was so clean and spacious, hypoallergenic bedding, everything was great

Everyone was very friendly, and very attentive. We were there for 2 nights and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was quiet . But the room smelled like it wasn’t used in a long time.minimum soap …. Not even a glass to drink in a room
Ashley at the concierge was lovely at the check in but the person when I left was rude and dismissive

The stay would have been great. Only thing that made it poor was the fact there was pretty much no hot water the entire stay weekend. So I had to take freezing cold showers Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning was the first and only hot shower I was able to take. And I was expecting a little more than a $30 credit for the inconvenience, if I’m being honest.

I love it here. I stay here every time I visit my daughter in college. I will continue to stay here. I definitely recommend this place. Quiet and clean just the way I like it . I’ll be back soon

Guy at front desk was beyond rude. Room was initially booked under my mother’s name and paid in full. When she found out she was unable to make the trip, she added my name to reservation weeks prior. The guy we spoke with assured us it was taken care of and that we wouldn’t face any problems. Turns out changes were not made and even after being understanding about the error, he kept being rude and taking all his time. Handed me the card key without letting me know what room to head to or without saying thank you or anything. Extremely rude.
