When you check in to their apartment everything is clean and polished. I expect it to be cleaned daily, including new towels, the bins to be emptied and floors to be swept, and mopped. As for the bed linen I expetlcted that to be changed also. If you want new towels, be prepared to pay a fee when you need to change them. I have been in the apartment 5 nights of 6 and the bins have only been emptied ONCE. All the rooms, especially the kitchen are now infested with ants. And on the bed linen, ants on the sofa, ants In the wardrobe and walls. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Just returned from another amazing stay at these apartments. So spacious and equipped for all needs. Cleaned everyday to a high standard. WiFi, safety deposit box all included in the price. I will definitely be booking again as there is nothing to find fault with.

This is our second time staying here and have booked again. Really is a gem of a place. I've read very negative reviews and I can't understand them. Only thing I can think of is that in peak time it's a different experience. I've stayed in April and September and it's been very quiet and no trouble at all, and no ants! Just families and couples around the pool. Fabulous location near lots of bars and restaurants and supermarket. Short taxi ride to old town beach and 5 mins walk to new town and *****. Very clean, staff attentive, they add you to a WhatsApp chat so you can message them anytime. Incredible value for money in my opinion. Like I say I can only comment out with summer months, but both my experiences have been excellent and can't wait to return next September

Having just returned wanted to leave honest review of our stay Ideally located for cheap taxis and near to good small bars like Rock line and Hangover We stayed in apartment 10AF , very quiet short walk to lovely pool area which we brightened with some low music wasn’t sure if we were allowed but did add to an otherwise very quiet atmosphere The apartment was basic but had all amenities , 2 bathrooms , 2 bedrooms , 2 fridges plenty of crockery and cutlery Maid service was very good , fresh towels every day and beds made clean tea towels and plenty of toilet rolls ! Taxis are really cheap And Tuk Tuks a bit of a thrill ! We would be happy to recommend these apartments and would visit again

We had 7 people in the Apartment. We had tons of ants, which were all over our food, we had to throw a lot of it out. We complained about the ants and was told that it is this time of year. Someone did come and spray, but it didn't help. The shower overflowed and one of the sinks leaked. Someone came to fix it, but the sink continued to leak. We had an issue with the TV. They sent a poor intern to help and she didn't know how to help us. The front desk was very apologetic, but never gave us the option of a new room. We asked for a refund and were denied. I would think twice about staying here.

Quinta Pedra Dos Bicos No entertainment whatsoever , we had a 2 bed appartment on the ground floor , very clean and most things you need for a holiday was there cleaners in everyday lovely pleasant ladies , problem was the parties we were in the middle of parties, staff at reception were very helpful , reluctantly we had to report the noise etc , after that we actually slept , the hotel should keep the young who go there to party separate from family's its not rocket science , u wouldn't go again , because of the partying but over all rooms were very clean, pool area was good , but not enough beds , you can get a meal, drinks crisps etc so you could stay at the pool all day , not allowed any pool floats or the like security guard bit of a jobs worth , but you get them ,to many negatives for me ,

I’d like to start with the fact that the staff were very accommodating from the reception staff to maintenance staff and cleaners. We didn’t have the best start to our stay, we were led to an apartment in what we eventually nicknamed the ‘prison block’ that was above the Chinese restaurant. The doors on our balcony didn’t close properly and the restaurants and bars were open until 2am blaring music. There was no sound proofing. Then everyone came back to party on their balcony til 7am. We slept with a chair in front of the door as I didn’t feel very safe with my two teens. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed, but I couldn’t relax. I did ask to be moved, and the staff did their best to accommodate that, moving us after 2 nights. We were put in a much quieter apartment near the pool, smaller but more modern. I felt much better although there was only air conditioning in the bedroom and it wasn’t very effective so the apartment was hot. There were also a lot of ants, but I’d rather deal with ants than noise and revelry any day. At one point we were having a problem with the access code and a member of maintenance staff walking past helped us and was very friendly. I do appreciate the staff efforts to help. I don’t think I’d stay here again but maybe if you are traveling with adults it would be ok, or request a room nearer the pools and away from the noise.

We visited as a family of 9 - ages ranging from 15 - 79. We had 3 apartments which varied in standard. The 2 bedroom one was clean and in a quiet location. The other 2 apartments were of poor standard and they found them very noisy. The pavements surrounding the apartments are not great so be careful if you have any mobility issues. We were allowed access to a pool in Block 18 which was quieter than the main one. Note that no inflatables or balls are allowed in the pool and the lifeguards are very strict on this. Also, as we were not staying in block 18 there was no access to a toilet so had to walk back to our own apartments. You have to pay 30 euros deposit per room when you check in, we paid in cash and still do not have it back. They tell you that it will be transferred by IBAN but we have been home 2 weeks and still do not have it despite contacting them several times. Pay the deposit by card not cash. Albufeira is known as an area for young adults and even the old part is very noisy and busy. The focus is nightlife. However, it’s a good base to visit other places and the beach is lovely.
