Brilliant staff super friendly & helpful, hotel was overall very clean and location was very convenient. The cons lifts extremely small and out of service quite abit and sometimes the slamming of others doors was noisy but it wasnt that bad. Overall I would stay again :)

Was attending a wedding in Albufeira,staff were extremely helpful and also the manager Francisco. Made our trip over, Nothing was to much for them. Keep up the good work 👍

Hotel was spotless and facilities were great. Staff very attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, in a cul-de-sac away from the main road and ten mins to both the new and old town. However, too many rowdy groups staying at this hotel. Had to change rooms because of other guests behaviour at night (hotel staff were very prompt in the room change which we really appreciated). Too noisy and disruptive, ringing doorbells that you can hear through the walls. Overall the hotel and its staff were amazing but the people who stay here are mainly stag groups & a few couples. I didn’t see any children staying while we were there although didn’t expect many due to time of year. Wouldn’t recommend to families looking to stay during summer months.

A group of 12 stayed here for 4 days, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location in good to explore both the old town with a €5 taxi ride being quick. Or you can walk to the new town. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds very comfortable. The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds available. We are breakfast here at a cost of €12.50 which was good quality and great value with a buffet style. The food drink and service around the pool area was great. Overall a great stay and we are booking again for our annual trip in 2026. Many thanks.

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. We stayed here for six nights and had a room overlooking the pool which was great. Room was really clean and modern. The hotel itself was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Also no awful smell!

It's a great hotel we had a view over looking the other side . What was great about it to had the sun beaming into our room for about 5 hrs in the afternoon. Staff are fantastic welcome done the whole off the staff I'll be going bk very soon jan and joe x
