Broken chair, broken sink drain, broken TV remote. I reported to management and did not want to bother them with it. However, apparently there is no quality control plan in place.

Everything was great except you could hear everything from the room in the back who you share the "door" with. We were woken up at 4am by the loud conversations from that room.

Property ok with renew rooms and comfy bed. Front desk people aren't best with service on check in and check out. They spend more time on the cell phone than helping you.

Room was missing smoke alarm, back of door had footprints all over lower 1/2, base board was held in place with masking tape, light switch just inside door controlled TV on/off switch not a light.
Went to “Free Breakfast” at 8:50am (breakfast hrs. 6-9am). Most items were gone and when staff was asked by other customers to replenish food items, customers were told that breakfast was over and that no restocking of breakfast items would occur. There were approx. 8 customers present when staff adamantly said aloud that breakfast was over. We were stunned at this response and felt it was very inappropriate the way they handled this situation. I have been traveling for the last 12 days & stayed at various hotels across the U.S . and have never heard a statement like that from staff if I came to breakfast with 15 min or less. It could have been handled so much better. If would like to discuss this review further I would be open to that.

NOISY, NOISY, NOISY. Bare minimums in room, walls are paper thin. Dogs barking, people yelling, traffic.............ugh.

This is NOT a regular La Quinta hotel. This is a MOTEL - stairs and doors to the rooms outside. People loitering around outside. Window in room could still be opened when locked. Room very stale smelling. Left immediately to find another hotel.

The bed springs make sound. Bathroom floor cracked and and corners are black.
The pictures of the room are Photoshoped (?) Photos does show the actual room.

Just needed a place to sleep. Bed ok. Pillows not so good. Outside entrance into rooms. Tub water controls were opposite and had a long time getting good water temp.

very bad service 😡 in this hotel, we arrived around 11:30 at night and the person in charge was in the lobby talking on the phone and I was waiting for him to see what time he would vacate, so at the last minute he told me no I had rooms, and I "HAVING A ROOM RESERVED," and it was too much trouble finding another hotel at that time, very bad service at this hotel
