The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and can communicate in a little English. It is very close to the bus station and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel's heating is very good, but the bed is a bit small compared to domestic ones

Apart from being closer to the bus station to Horgos, everything else is average.

Room reservation cannot be canceled and check-in is not recommended

The hotel is cozy, clean, everything is new. Прекрасно приняли в номере Еда всегда вкусная, ресторан круглосуточно Цены приятные Всегда доброжелательно ко мне относились!! Но в последний день перед выездом выставили счёт за кириешки которые я не ел, но я оплатил поскольку такси меня ждало уже в аэропорт. (платный бар внутри номера) Но это скорее всего вышло недопонимание, а так я сервисом доволен -балл только за кириешки.
