Phone had no line, tv would not let Netflix be chosen. They switched us to another roomthat was supposed to be the same it did not have Netflix, so defeat our purpose of watching movies on our account. Called the reception 2 times before someone finally came after more than 30 mins of waiting.

Selected this hotel because walking distance to my meeting place and because it had great reviews about cleanliness. However, on the first day, I noticed that there was someone's forgotten food in the refrigerator (so much for cleanliness). Also, on the hotel page, it said there were vending machines for food and drinks: the one for food gad some snacks in it, the one for drinks was totally empty. The positive note is that the night front desk employee kindly shared his water bottle with me. The fan in the bathroom was really loud and, after taking the shower in the evening I received a call from the front desk, because someone had complained about the noise (the fan) coming from my room! All in all, not worth the money I paid.

Overall the room is clean, and it’s quiet even it’s by the free way. The day time front desk service is not friendly but I don’t mind as long as I can be able to get my room pass. The night shift front desk crew is more friendly thought.
