This hotel is fabulous. We were two families staying for a weeks ski holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The rooms are clean. We would have liked a bit more storage. The outdoor heated pool on the top floor is a real treat. This is a family friendly hotel with a kids playroom (geared towards younger kids). Looking forward to returning.

We booked the hotel because of the spa - the infinity pool is amazing. The hotel is described as boutique hotel, not rated by stars but considering the price it is between 4.5-5 , so we expected adequate service. According to ***********, the hotel is 50 m from the slopes - actually from a baby lift, to go skiing you need to take a bus - the station is next to the hotel. Our room was smallish but elegant, however there was no fridge, no tea maker( as stated in description on ***********) and no toiletries - but for cheap shower gel in dispenser. Breakfast ok - starting officially at 7.30, but eggs available only 20 minutes later. Dinner - meat dishes very good,first courses always fancily arranged,but often lacking taste. As for the service - yes,they do ask after every course how it was, but it felt it was something they were taught to do and were not really interested in your answer.

This is a small family-run hotel with exceptional staff and service. They are helpful with everything from ordering dinner (making sure they have enough) to recommending what to do. The restaurant staff and reception staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. The pool is actually outside (heated) so it’s really something special.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel ideally located in the pretty village of Alpbach. Our room had an absolutely stunning view, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We just regret that there was only one armchair, because we like to sit and read somewhere other than in bed. We particularly appreciated the heated swimming pool which was very pleasant after a hike. The food served was of high quality with very careful presentation. On the other hand, we found the service a little disorganized depending on the evening. We also did not find the bar area very welcoming. But we had a great, relaxing stay and it was exactly what we were looking for!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern but still traditional. The food is gourmet and beautifully presented. We never visited the spa because it was always too full. The garage is included in the price. Bars and other restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The advertised parking space in the underground car park was not available. We were accommodated in a cubbyhole without daylight for dinner, unfortunately the local conditions are like that, but we would have liked to have enjoyed the view and the beautiful weather. We were unable to redeem our spa voucher due to the minimum booking of 50.00 (49.00), which could have been said when booking. Masseurs are very vehement in their opinion on Corona during the massage, which is not appropriate in this context. But the food is very good, the pool is very nice, clean, and the staff is friendly.

We spent great days at the Hotel Alpbach. The room is modern and we also liked the wellness area with heated outdoor pool. We were also spoiled with culinary delights. We stayed at the Alpbacherin for 5 days and were pampered from start to finish. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have beds for a healthy and long sleep. If the weather isn't so great, there is a good spa area available. The food and hospitality are hard to beat... Thank you very much Lisa and team. We will be back...

The hotel is new, well equipped and stylish in every respect. The staff is very competent, attentive, helpful and quick. This is probably due to the "Altbacherin", who sets a good example with warmth and a good example, which we really felt and appreciated. What was served on the plate was close to a symphony for the palate and also delighted the eye. Simply delicious, and that on all 5 days! The wellness area is super pleasant, the swimming pool exceeds all expectations and there are also great "torture devices" for fitness 🤩 The underground car park is generously designed and included in the price.
