Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Thank you all at Venosa for a lovely stay. This was our 5th visit to Venosa, but 1st time just as a couple. From arriving to leaving we had a fantastic time. Check-in was done quickly, we were surprised by being allocated an end room on the 10th floor, which had 2 balconies. The views from the main balcony were amazing you could see all of didim. 2 sun loungers on the main balcony too and very private, sun was on the balcony from sunrise to sunset, and we felt very spoilt. Thank you to Beth, Tui Rep and the Venosa manager for arranging this. We only had a few ******* which Guest relations sorted straight away. 1 - we arrived at the snack bar and over an hour before someone came over to serve us. 2 - the mini bar in our room wasn't being refilled after the 1st week. Spoke to guest relations and as I said it was dealt with promptly. We enjoyed the Mexican Al a carte, but we also had an Indian al a carte and the food was terrible, uncooked poppadoms, and lamb biryani came out looking like road kill and on the bone. Loads of ppl walked out including us, the food was horrible. The Al a carte came and found us later in the evening an apologised. Then we had Italian at the Al a cart, this was amazing. We had 3 Al a carte as was given one extra free, due to the snack bar episode, so tja k you guest relations once again.We noticed a lot of food was not available this year that we have had in previous years, but we always found something to eat at the main buffet. It was lovely to see Ferdin still working in the outside seating area at meal times. The service was amazing even when it got busier. The maid service in our room was ok but the balconies were never swept, so we kept walking dust through to our room, but other than that the room was kept tidy and the bedding was changed regularly. The beach was lovely and clean, loads of fish visible because the water was so clear. We enjoyed the indoor pool and using the sauna a couple of times, always got a hello from Robbie from the spa. We didn't really get involved with the entertainment in the evenings, but Billy & speedy were always around to chat, all new animation team this year. We purchased jewellery from Palm jewellery and highly recommend their jewellery. Muslim will bend over backwards to find what your looking for. Was nice to meet Muslims daughter in the shop and Seko, who also worked in the shop. We have brought various pieces of jewellery from Muslim over the years and trust him and never had a problem with anything we have brought. Our daughter broke her ring that was brought from Muslim a few years ago, Muslim fixed this, the ring look brand new and we weren't charged. Thank you Muslim. We will back next May and thank you again to all the staff at Venosa

We had two rooms TV's in both rooms were useless, toilet in one room would not stop flushing without constant tinkering. On the last day I left my phone at the hotel, I contacted the hotel and so far they have not bothered to reply. Otherwise the resort is great and the staff are wonderful.

We have been to Turkey a lot over the years and this is one of best hotels we have stayed in , the rooms are a good size with mini bar fridge (soft drinks topped up for free ), good shower and comfy bed The food is a good standard (tonnes and tonnes of baklava at lunch and dinner ) , drinks free flowing (beer wine and cocktails all tested and definitely not watered down !), the pool area very clean and tidy , pool was cold but it was early May The beach was stunning , always beds available , close to the bar , not too busy and a simply amazing view The spa is really good - best massage I have ever had - beaten up with shampoo by a tiny Thai lady with the strength of Arnold Schwarzenegger What sets this hotel apart is the staff - nothing is too much trouble , we were asked for suggestions - we suggested set up a no smoking area and bottles of wine on the table as opposed to table service glasses ( which is still unlimited you just have to ask) Within 2 nights there were no smoking signs on designated tables and bottles of wine appeared when you wanted them Lovely attentive staff - thank you What let this holiday down was beyond the control of the hotel - nothing they can do about people’s behaviour - Bulgarians there were arrogant unpleasant and shouldn’t be allowed to socialise with normal people We felt sorry for the staff having to placate them who think they can take over anything, Turkish hotels included - they need to stay in their own country and not pollute others

This is by far the best all inclusive holiday I’ve been on it’s my 2nd time staying at this resort and will definitely be going back. They have a good variety of daytime entertainment and night time entertainment. The entertainment team was brilliant especially speedy he is amazing and really welcoming and friendly and had the best week from start to finish, the food didn’t disappoint good selection of food from the restaurant and the snack bars very friendly staff that always had a smile on there faces. Jewellery shop and spa are also a must visit! We went on the boat trip and jeep safari were great days our kids really enjoyed good value with tui. Only thing is the hotel late check out is quite expensive shame they don’t have a room you can use only the spa! Weather was top notch also! Will return in a few years!

Wow! What can I say! This hotel is amazing! It’s clean and has great food and lots to do for children! We arrived and the front desk staff were so accommodating! Any questions we had were answered and if we needed anything they were always available to help. The woman at the TUI desk was exceptionally helpful! We needed to organize a few excursions and Beth was there to explain them and if we wanted to book them she said she would arrange everything! She did not disappoint us! We had everything organized for us including our transfers! It’s good that there is such amazing staff at such a lovely resort as I know for myself I will always remember the customer service as it was a 12 out of 10! Thank you to the staff of the Venosa and a huge thanks to Beth who was there everyday smiling at us! We will be returning as the hotel and staff have made a lasting impression!

We arrived here on the 1st of may as a family of 5, check in was smooth lovely man took our suitcases to our room. Room was clean but small no where to sit so asked for a different room none of them bigger I was told no big deal we made do, room was clean but a few down sides door handles loose couldn’t lock the door as soon as you put your hands on the handle it unlocks not good with a 2 yr old who found it funny to run down the hallway! We had to barricade the door at night to stop him getting out, on day 5 we had to ask reception for our bedding to be changed we stayed 10 nights this was the only time they got changed! Our mini fridge was not stocked everyday as stated, Food was not great under cooked not alot of choice stew and chips for breakfast, snack bar one day you get a whole pizza next 4 pieces no and very long wait times, water park ok but cut my daughters knee. Pools have sharp edges. Pools very cold, entertainment poor. Swing in the park broken, not much for them to do. We did go into town that was nice. Worst of all undercooked chicken I have attached photos. We didn’t eat it. Air con made us have chest issues when we turned it off we stopped coughing however upon coming home we have chest infections, Wouldn’t stay again very poor service

We have just returned from the VENOSA beach hotel and had a lovely stay,highly recommend the spa Turkish bath was one of my highlights during the holiday, the pool was a tad cold but expected in May I preferred the sea! Ventured to Ephesus booked via Tui Bethany the Tui rep was lovely and it was one of the best tours I have ever been on it was outstanding! We also went quad biking which was an adventure and can recommend. Food was very hit and miss but always found something and the view from the room was beautiful. Overall would return and stay again we had a great holiday.

Had a fantastic family holiday. Stayed for a week with my daughters and partner. the entertainment team were amazing and made the holiday an exceptional experience all round. Always made time for everyone. Lovely beach on your door step plenty of drink, nice coffee and plenty of food all day. Lots of loungers and shade for all. Some new friends made. And will be aiming to go back again in the near future.

We arrived here Saturday 4th may and the reception staff was very welcoming, they helped us take our bags upstairs. The rooms are really nice and very well looked after, the views are beautiful. All of the staff are lovely, and very welcoming. The entertainment team are amazing and the shows are very funny and they get everyone involved. There is always something on whether it is activities in the day time or show times at night time.
