Receptionists must be tactful in dealing with customers. I contacted the hotel to check if there was a possibility to book in a specific date, but I was surprised From the style of the receptionist, who was not at all tactful, so that there was a dialogue about the methods of reservation, and he declared at the time, saying, “I do not care,” and when he ended the phone call, he also did not deal even in a humane manner.

A city hotel for the tour. Not so big with a huge room with seating and kitchen. We had to heat with the air conditioning. As has often been written, our bathroom was always under water. The safe didn't work either, despite the service staff. The room had a small balcony.
