"After a long trip back by bus from Petra, we were looking for a comfortable hotel close to the Al Abdali Jett bus terminal. The Marriott is 1.3km from the terminal (take an Uber rather than walk for 1-2JD). It is quiet, very comfortable and we were positively surprised when we found out that our rate included breakfast (which was outstanding). Al Terrazzo restaurant was also excellent, sitting outside by the pool and serving until 11pm. The swimming pool (15m X 10m) opens at 9am but the gym is open 24h. Highly recommended."

While I've been to Amman many times, I've never encountered the level of service, welcome, and warmth this hotel provides. You truly feel happy from the moment you arrive. Congratulations to Jordan and to this hotel for having such an amazing team, especially Ms. Sherine and Ms. Watan, the receptionists. Their professionalism, excellent demeanor, gracious manner, and refined service are truly a huge asset to this hotel. To be honest, I didn't expect to find a hotel that pays such excellent attention to every detail, big or small. You genuinely feel like a valued guest. And the security staff, especially Mr. Yousef and the respected veiled lady (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), greet you with a genuine and constant smile. You feel their care from the moment you arrive. They efficiently take and park your car, returning it to you with great skill and excellent organization. Our booking included breakfast, but due to the low number of guests, they offered us an à la carte breakfast instead of a buffet, based on our requests. It was delicious, and they provided everything we asked for. Mr. Ali, in particular, was the epitome of good manners, sophisticated service, and a constant smile. The food was delightful; we loved it! 👍 The hotel itself is new, and its three-story design is a modern masterpiece. Every detail, from the carefully chosen colors to the professional touches, and the refreshing scent, is remarkable. Personally, I prefer rooms with an openable window so I can enjoy the Amman breeze. I learned from reception that there are rooms on the first floor with windows, but unfortunately, they were undergoing maintenance, while my room was on the second floor. Therefore, if you're like me, I highly recommend calling and calling and calling to confirm you get a room with a window so you don't miss out on the Amman air. As for the price, if it were a little lower, it would be perfect. But if the current price suits you, don't hesitate. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff members, and I apologize if I haven't mentioned some names or if my memory failed me. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you!"
