The worst part was that I contacted food poisoning from the breakfast. It simply ruined my vacation. The breakfast selection seemed fine, but obviously something was not fresh: maybe the falafel, the yogurt or the egg. The hotel has free parking and the staff is nice."

He helped us to book a driver to wadi rum and Petra and Dead Sea without any notice before and he got us an excellent price. "Nice hotel with a great buffet evening meal. I asked to move rooms as mine was dark and cold and overlooked the road on 1st floor of the main building. The Tower building has better rooms especially the higher floors which overlook the city. I was on the 6th floor. The staff however were mainly not very helpful or friendly although there were a couple of exceptions. The cook making omelettes at breakfast was incredibly slow and didn’t seem to want to be there. Although the pool was closed I wanted to sit outside in the sun but was told the pool was closed. I said I didn’t want to use the pool just sit outside. They said they would get the key but never did. I suggest that a pool cover is put over the pool to prevent people using it but allow people to lie outside in the sun. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to the attitude of most of the staff."
