The staff were always nice and polite, and the rooms were kept neat everyday. It's a nice location to restaurants and places of interest. Room is a little small for two people so keep in mind if you have more.than two medium luggages.

Location was amazing!!! Room was SUPER TINY! We had a superior twin room. The bed was a king size bed with 2 twin toppers on it. So even though we asked for 2 separate beds we basically got one bed still together. There are no amenities in the room. No fridge, no iron. Any time we asked for something we had to ask multiple times before it was done.

Lovely hotel. The location is perfect. Very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful soon arrival. The beds are so comfy. The hotel was very clean, would definitely stay again.

Overall ok, but not for the price I paid. Btw it was a bathtub in booking, but in reality one sad shower.

We found that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Send the hotel technician next day and was told he cannot get it repaired. It’s nice of him to suggest a change of room but we decided to stay put due to our busy schedule during the day. My point here is this room 340 should not have given to us in the first place knowing the exhaust fan was broken down and we have to live in such condition for 5 nights.

Excellent hotel, very informative and helpful staff, lovely room, the 24/7 self service shop was extremely helpful - every hotel should have one of these

The sound insulation is poor. I can hear the sound of cars and people on the street all night long, which is completely inaudible. The room is small and clean, and the location is convenient. However, I will not consider this hotel again because it affects my sleep very much.

The traffic is very convenient, take the bus to Rembrandt Station and get off. You can walk around to the museum, and take two stops to the train station. By the water, the street outside is busy, but the place where the hotel is located is very quiet

Good location and spacious in the common rooms. The rooms are small, expensive and lack cleaning, dust on the shelves and the bathroom quite old.
