Hotel Riviera by Mountview

Wonderful location near river and good hospitality at rivera by mountview. Food was also good. Good hospitality by imran and shafi.

Fabulous playto say at pehalgam. Staff is very supportive with children and family specially mr imran and mr shifi.

Only portable heater which is also not working. Washroom where smells and door lock not working. Food is to expensive. Tea cost 80 rs

It was a good stay. The location of the hotel is 10km before pahalgam but its river side. The view is mesmerizing. The food the hotel was also good. The room soze was small but enough for a couple.

Nice location and good service. Rooms were clean. Riverside location. Food choices are limited otherwise 5 star rating.

Property is located at decent location, easy to find property. Imran at the reception was hostile and polite, food was good could improve on room service.

We did not stay in the property after seeing the room and amenities. When we checked out all the hotel light were off no could be seen infront of us only they started cleaning the room bed sheets, cockroaches, dirty bed / bedsheet / leaking roof

The room had a great view of the lidder river as well as the snow capped mountains. We were there for two nights, the size of the room was sufficient for three of us. The heating system of the room, geyser in the bathroom functioned really well, though the power supply was erratic- but that is not under their control and generator supply was quick. The breakfast was satisfactory and as we were leaving early, packed breakfast was also provided for us. Service was excellent - all our requests were attended to promptly. Location wise, the property is right on the banks of lidder but as it was not in pahalgam town and so access to the market and restaurants would be difficult
