Clean and friendly environment. Whenever booking a room in Ankara, my first choice is always this hotel. Highly recommended. Close to everything.

Haha, I found a hotel in Turkey with good environmental hygiene. The hotel staff is very good and the hygiene is neat and clean. Although the breakfast is monotonous, it is still better than others. The location is very good, and there are supermarkets nearby!

Nice and quiet hotel, value for money. Not ideal upkeep, but very clean and cozy. Special thanks to Arda from the reception for helping solving some logistical issues.

Quite a small hotel in the shadow of the Hilton, but the rooms are excellent. Plenty of space and non-standard furniture give them a charming feel, especially if you splash out a bit for a suite.
The restaurant food is good, but service is slow. There are plenty of other places nearby. The breakfast buffet is to a high standard.
Check in staff are attentive and helpful. Overall, a very good alternative to the large scale places.

I would give them five stars, but a guest was smoking next to our room in a non smoking room. We had a terrible night. I put the complaint in my check out, I don’t know if they really care about it.

The leakage of bathroom. When I checked in there was only 1 staff and the person was not attentive. I traveled with my elderly mother and I booked with Parking and breakfast included. When my elderly mother used the bathroom for her prayer night and morning; the faucet however the leakage and its spray and water spread wet everywhere. I am concern about falling. Therefore I asked hotel to moved to different room but no answer. I stead they told us to call to this number and that number. Therefore I moved to different hotel to save time as its an essential thing for me. No refund no nothing from the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again. I wonder if the review 10/10 is authentic. Thats the reason I chose this hotel but my experience I wouldnt stay ever again.

Incredibly kind staff all around. Although I couldn’t have a late check out due to full booking, they kindly offered to keep my luggage until later in the day.
Will definitely be returning here in the future.
