Great stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. About a 20-30 min walk from the train and city center. Unfortunate that there was no hot water at the time of visiting. Couldn't find the washing machine.

Huge construction site next door, at the foot of our room, with huge stone crushers from construction trucks.... waking up at 7 a.m. in the morning by the noise of the machines. Pillows, stained duvets. In terms of kitchen, very minimalist, no small pots, no microwave. Toilet lids broken and never repaired. I'm going through some and the best ones. Absolutely avoid.

Gîte quite well located to reach Annecy on foot, however, it quickly gets very hot there and the proximity of the ring road prevents you from opening the windows at a decent hour to sleep.
The accommodation is quite well equipped, however the fridge is far too cold and the cutlery is missing a corkscrew. The accommodation is spacious.

The stay was good. I'm taking away a star because of the noise. You can hear almost everything from the street! I find it very noisy but otherwise it's very good. I will return there with pleasure. This is great when you want to visit Annecy! I really liked it and I recommend it

Perfectly ok for one night. Bathroom with a small bathtub. Fitted kitchen with fridge and stove. Coffee machine also available.
The location is in a former industrial area. About 25-30 minutes walk to the old town.
