We were not reminded to check out. We did exceed the check-out time, but the front desk called us and said that they had called us to remind us to check out. My friend and I did not receive any check-out calls on our phones. The first time they called us, we said that we did not receive any calls and hoped for a reasonable explanation. We will definitely pay the check-out fees we should pay. Why did they say that they called us to remind us? This was not intentional not to remind us to charge the overtime fee. We have already paid the overtime room fee. The second time the front desk called, they said that we could not afford it. I have stayed in countless hotels and never gave any hotel a bad review. When on a business trip, the hotel helps guests wash their coats for free, which is really convenient and heartwarming. The sanitary hot water is great, the room is spacious, quiet, neat and orderly. I stay in this hotel as soon as I come to Anning. The front desk lady and the housekeeper are very kind. More importantly, there is a 5.3-kilometer plastic track in Ninghu Park next to the hotel. I like the hotel and the surrounding environment.
