這是我住過衞生環境最差的酒店了，商務大床房跟照片嚴重不符，衞生間有蟑螂，地板上都是潮蟲，一晚上踩死3個。真的受不了。衞生間也沒有塑料拖鞋，淋浴時衹能光腳。洗髮露和沐浴露放在了農夫山泉瓶子裏，我真的醉了。

昨天從丹東住的睿柏系列，非常好，服務也好房間也好，價格都差不多。這回來鞍山剛好這個睿柏離得很近，但是房間裝修一般。前台那個男服務員真**，中午12點給我打電話説讓你退房你怎麼還不退？我懵了，也沒人給我打過電話，正常不都兩點嘛，我看了一下攜程是12點退房，就匆忙收拾東西走了，到了前台我問他你什麼時候給我打的電話讓我退房？他也説不出來，我説你態度怎麼這樣。他説就這樣。然後還摔打我。
漢庭鉑金會員，如家鉑金會員，最近想刷刷攜程積分，這麼多年第一次遇到這個態度，絕了。氣死我了。

住過最差的賓館，花灑變瀑布，房間如冰窖，打開中央空調，吹出來的是冷風不説，還一股濃烈的下水味，衞生間也反味，床也是極硬，怎麼説也算是連鎖店，差成這個樣子也是無語了

説實話，衞生真的太一般了
一開始定了兩間房，結果其中一間地上沒掃乾淨有‘毛髮’，換了一間房之後直接床上有‘毛髮’
很難不懷疑是不是沒換床單。最後衹能退掉了一間房，兩個人將就一間。
地理位置蠻好的，距離商業街和二一九公園都不遠
服務一般偏下吧不算特別好
設施很一般，頂噴淋浴頭出水特別小

我一顆星都不想給，首先，環境很一般，地上很埋汰，最重要的是窗户一點也不隔音，聽了一晚上車聲！！！一晚上沒睡，房門的門底下漏一條縫！為什麼要漏一條縫？？？？？無語了，***一宿沒睡，空調壞的。別來別來別來！！！！！！

房間面積挺大，洗澡的熱水挺熱。
窗户透風，隔音是真心差。有種睡大馬路的感覺。來個自行車都能聽見，電視20年前的32寸海信電視，連高清接口都沒有那種而且還是壞的，根本看不了。屋內沒有WiFi，我們連的旁邊屋子裡的WiFi。

酒店地理位置還是可以的，而且有獨立超大停車場，對於自駕游來説十分友好。酒店設施不是很新，房間內部分牆面開裂，部分插座也不是很靈敏。我們衹是在鞍山住一晚上中轉一下，對於價格來説還算是可以吧。
