Amazing
AAnonymous UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coastal Oasis Hotel, and I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the reception. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning ocean view – a gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The breathtaking view of the ocean from my balcony was the highlight of the room, and I enjoyed many peaceful moments just gazing at the tranquil waters.
Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a wide array of delectable dishes, and each meal was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they made dining a truly enjoyable experience.
One of the standout features of the Coastal Oasis Hotel is its impeccable attention to detail. From the well-maintained grounds to the spotless pool area, every aspect of the property exuded elegance and luxury. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was also evident, which is a commendable initiative.
Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions.
The location of the hotel, right on the coastline, allowed for easy access to the beach, and I spent blissful hours lounging in the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.
In conclusion, my stay at the Coastal Oasis Hotel was a truly memorable experience. The combination of exceptional service, breathtaking views, and luxurious amenities made it a standout destination for anyone seeking a relaxing and indulgent getaway. I can't wait to return to this coastal paradise and create more unforgettable memories.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃.

EEK7In order to better feel the local life, this homestay near the Temple of Truth specially booked on the second day of playing in Pattaya, this small seaside bungalow has 10 rooms. Although this building is some years old, the room is well maintained, simple, clean and quiet. The overall design is quite old-fashioned in the 1950s and 1960s garden houses; The local aunt of the proprietress is very friendly and hospitable and has barrier-free English communication. The simple Western breakfast the next day (pictured) is also the time when checking in. The aunt agreed to make a meal in the yard in advance. The air is fresh and the taste is good (can taste the aunt's ulterior motives) The most surprising thing is that the homestay is only a 2-minute walk from the beach. It is very pleasant to walk along the beach of the Temple of Truth in the morning. Recently, there is not much passenger traffic in Terran. If you want to experience a quiet experience, I recommend this one. It is still a different charm to live in this one compared to the same brand hotels.
ps: The fly in the ointment is that the hotel address displayed in Trip.com is wrong to be updated. This time I used Grab to search for ”Moonlight on the sea” next door to the homestay.
GGuest UserA genuinely comfortable long-stay apartment in the best part of Pattaya.
I ended up staying at The Base for quite a bit longer than I first planned, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the easiest and most comfortable long stays I’ve had in Thailand. The apartment isn’t just a room — it actually feels like a small home. Having a separate living room meant I could work at the table in the morning, then relax on the sofa in the evening without feeling stuck in one space. For a long stay, that makes a massive difference.
The location is brilliant. You can walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes, and Central Festival is basically around the corner. That became part of my daily routine — grabbing a coffee downstairs, picking up groceries at the supermarket, or just heading out for dinner without having to think too much. Everything is genuinely within easy reach, which you really start to appreciate when you stay for several weeks.
The facilities in the building are also much better than I expected. I used both swimming pools a lot — the rooftop one is especially nice in the late afternoon when the light is good and it’s a bit quieter. The gym has more than enough equipment for proper workouts and never felt crowded, which for me is a huge plus. It’s clean, secure, and well looked after.
Communication with the host was great throughout my stay. They reply quickly on WhatsApp, and anything I asked about was sorted straight away. It just makes life simpler when you don’t have to chase things up.
Overall, if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, quiet, and extremely convenient for a longer stay in Pattaya, I would definitely recommend The Base. It’s well run, great value for the location, and genuinely feels like a place you can settle into rather than just drop your bags for a few nights. I’d be more than happy to stay again.

GGuest UserWe stayed at The Edge in Pattaya for 10 days in January 2026. The condominium is small but quite new, with pleasant common areas and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool on the 31st floor. The check-in process was fast and generally smooth.
When booking, we indicated that we were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, but upon arrival we found that there was no bed linen prepared for the child’s sleeping area. However, this issue was resolved promptly by the host, which we appreciated.
The apartment windows face one of Pattaya’s very busy streets, and loud music can be heard until 2–3 a.m. That said, it did not disturb us too much. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, especially considering the modern facilities and rooftop pool.

I didn't checkout the pool.
Breakfast extremely disappointing looks good on trip.com website breakfast included Alacarte choice of fresh pineapple and watermelon orange juice tea or coffee hot selection choose 1 only from the menu I chose full American bacon 2 eggs cooked the way you like 2 tiny grilled tomatoes here's the kicker sausage baked beans hash browns etc pay extra comes with 2 pieces of toast butter marmalade or strawberry jam. Really. I'm glad I wasn't paying for it no doubt it was built in to the room rate The reason I changed my original hotel booking at another property near this hotel was because of the included Breakfast.
They say don't have high expectations
The hotel overall was 4/5
And finally housekeepers on my floor June and Ju
are an asset to the hotel.

YyrCHUThis isn't a hotel, it's a homestay in an apartment building. The owner is Chinese, so communication in Mandarin is possible.
The complex is located on Road 2, which is convenient and lively. The building itself is a bit of a distance from the main gate of the complex, so it's not noisy.
It's not a new building, and the interior decor in the room is a bit dated.
The infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Unfortunately, there aren't many lounge chairs, and they're often occupied by foreign guests.
I really wanted to experience a long-term stay, and the relaxed days were very enjoyable.
Before check-in, I contacted the owner. On the day of arrival, I registered at the complex's main gate and waited for the housekeeper to escort me in.
After check-in, there's no cleaning service, so you have to dispose of your own trash (there's a trash room on each floor). Luckily, the plastic bags from shopping were sufficient.
You need an access card for the elevator, and a key for the room door. They can be used separately (useful if one person goes out shopping while the other stays in the room).
The bathroom provides shampoo and shower gel, but other toiletries need to be brought yourself.
There's also a hairdryer, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle.
The electric stove in the kitchen is a bit weak. It's fine for frying eggs or blanching vegetables. Oil and salt need to be provided by yourself.
Shopping and dining out on the street are very convenient.
On the last day, because my flight was late, the owner allowed a late check-out until 12:00 PM.
Overall, a great accommodation experience.

GGuest UserThe biggest feature of the room is the infinity pool on the top floor, which overlooks the entire Pattaya and the beach. The view is very wide, and the view of the sunset is unbeatable.
