Overall, my stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable layout, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They patiently answered all my questions. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the public areas were spotless. The value for money exceeded my expectations; it's a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for both sightseeing and short stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend!

Very good service, went there twice already. But the room was not very clean and the price was cheap.

Amazing location right on the beach road at soi 7 corner. Rooms are dated but the bed was comfy. WiFi only barely worked . Good for the price but with the WiFi problems I don't think I'd stay again

There wasn't any hot water, but we knew that beforehand. The bathroom really could use a more thorough cleaning. The mattress was firm, but to each their own. The view was great; we sat on the balcony every evening and enjoyed it. We'll come again. We liked it, especially for the price. The ants weren't an issue since we didn't leave food or drinks out.

Location: The location is in the west of Pattaya City, near the beach area. Environment: Not far from Fengyue Pedestrian Street and Beach Road, it can be reached in ten minutes on foot or in a few minutes by car. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors, etc. nearby, which is very convenient. Service: The waiters are polite. Facilities: The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom. Drinking water only. . Features: Has an outdoor swimming pool. Summary: The house price is not expensive and the price/performance ratio is very good. Rating: 3.7/5

Swimming pool look old, but clean. Wifi speed is not good, 12mb max. Room is big but look old, room is clean. Walk 5 minutes to 7-11 store and SCB atm There is a balcony with cage. The view to field with banana tree. There is space in balkony, they could place dryer for belongings, but they didn't and I don't understand why. After coming from street my t-shirt is wet, it would be nice to dry it here. Cleaning and water every day Overall feeling it is good hotel

I’ve come to Pattaya twice in two years, and I’ve stayed at the same hotel both times. The owner is really nice, the price is affordable, there are songthaews right outside the door, and the rooms are very clean. I wish the owner all the best and continued success.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One of the best features of this hotel is its convenient location. It’s just a short walk to a variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. Plus, the beach is only about 2 km away, which was perfect for my daily strolls by the shore. There's also a mall nearby for those who love exploring shops. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
