Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows Reviews

I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.

Fail to deliver. Calling the reception from the room on few occasions will not get you anywhere unless you walk to their front desk sharing with them that the calls is not answered . Apologies ahoy from the receptionist ., A request for their bellhop to collect the luggage’s comes to naught as no one arrive at the requested time . Suggest Future potential Guest do not consider to stay here unless you want disappointment. Go anywhere as we will Never stay or recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely love to come back again.

In general much better than Sheraton beach resort. Nevertheless not fully clean room, no furniture on balcony, very dirty lift and public floors and a terrible dirty stairway

I enjoyed my stay in Sheraton Aggie Apia, service is immaculate! Everyone is welcoming and good service.

It was ok ? Need to improve on service . Elevators always broken . When booked , a room with two queen beds on line they give you a different room saying that room is not available.

Pristine location, accessible to all amenities within town area. Need improvement on their buffet breakfast selection in view of premium price paid. Otherwise will definitely stay here again. Reservation process was perfect!

Very satisfactory hotel, the service is very good, the hotel has various activities, and it also catches the performance, which is very good. The room is also very clean, close to the pier, suitable for business travelers. Like 👍

The hotel's local style small house is great. The environment inside the hotel is also very comfortable. There are two swimming pools. The service staff are very enthusiastic. However, the breakfast options are a bit limited.

The service is generally good. But Marriott members are not included. It took a long time.

There is no TV, no phone, no elevator, the main pool is not open, and the hygiene is average.
