Hi, We have enjoyed our stay, and we always choose this hotel for stop over for another city. Friendly staff, always helpful.

😡 Hotel Staff cheated us (no free airport drop off). Air conditioning doesn’t work. I booked this hotel just because it was close to the airport and my booking included free Airport Drop off. I had made appointment for Airport Drop off one day in advance. Firstly the Air conditioner wasn’t working, cooling was almost non. Then I requested a change of room midnight. Almost couldn’t sleep at all. Secondly the next day when we asked for the Airport drop off, the receptionist booked a Taxi for us and didn’t pay for it and neither informed us that we have to pay the fare, as the hotel promised free drop off service. When the taxi driver dropped us at the airport he charged us for the Taxi fare. The hotel staff cheated us this when I tried to contact the hotel there was no response at all. Overall the hotel is mediocre, air conditioning sucks, and they will cheat you by calling a taxi for airport drop off but they will make you pay the taxi fare instead of paying by themselves. 酒店工作人员欺骗了我们（没有免费机场接送）。空调不工作。我预订这家酒店只是因为它离机场很近，而且我的预订包括免费机场送机。我提前一天预约了机场送机。首先，空调不工作，冷却几乎不工作。然后我要求在午夜换房间。几乎完全睡不着。其次，第二天，当我们要求在机场下车时，接待员为我们预订了一辆出租车，但没有付钱，也没有通知我们我们必须支付车费，因为酒店承诺了免费下车服务。当出租车司机把我们送到机场时，他向我们收取了出租车费。当我试图联系酒店时，酒店工作人员欺骗了我们，但根本没有回应。总的来说，酒店很平庸，空调很糟糕，他们会骗你叫出租车去机场下车，但他们会让你支付出租车费，而不是自己支付。

This hotel located near airport. I book didi from airport because don’t know how to request airport pickup. But, i booked for airport transfer when check in. Good place to stay. Easy to buy food and fruits.

Proximity to Shuangliu Airport and free drop off are two main reasons why I booked this hotel. Other things not mentioned really need to be improve.

Just 4 minutes to airport with free pick up at second floor T1, T2 at gate 5, recommended if you have long transit

Very good value with the free breakfast and airport shuttle. Definitely a good choice for the airport. There are loads of restaurants and street food around, and a huge shopping mall.

3 km from the airport🈶️Free pick-up and drop-off. The hotel staff is friendly. The room is neat and clean. The surrounding area is very lively. There is a lot of food. It's very good.

The room is clean and the service is good [strong] I highly recommend staying here. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service, which is considerate and thoughtful. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good 👍🏻

In April 2025, there was a transfer in Chengdu, almost a day between flights. We stayed at this hotel to get some sleep and then walk around the city. The website says that a transfer from / to the airport is provided. We could not get through to the phone number provided, the email is not indicated. We went there from the airport by taxi, it cost 80 yuan at night. We checked in at about 1 am. The girl processed the paperwork quickly. She spoke only Chinese. With the help of a translator and gestures, we understood each other) The hotel has: Wi-Fi, TV (it did not work in our room), air conditioning. There was a kettle and cups, 0.5 water for each, tea leaves. In the bathroom: towels, new toothbrushes. Breakfast was included + we took it for the child upon check-in, it cost him about 15 yuan. Breakfast from 7 am, buffet. Our room and restaurant were on the 5th floor, convenient. The choice of food is small, enough for a meal. There are many different cafes near the hotel, if anything, we did not want to waste time. The room is compact, everything you need was there, the linen is clean. The view of the room matches the photo on the website. We discussed the return transfer upon check-in. They take you to the airport once an hour upon request. At 8 am we were at the reception with our suitcases, and we were comfortably taken back to the airport.
