The suite with a king-size bed and two sofa beds was not ready, so we changed to a suite with two twin beds and a sofa bed. The room was surprisingly large and clean.
The hotel has a self-service laundry room, but the equipment is relatively old.

We were staying one night on a Saturday. After my daughter got strep, I called the property the day before to ask if we could potentially change the date. I offered to send a doctors note and even the prescription she was provided because she was miserarble. Was told to call the morning of, which I did. Steve then said he would speak to the "team" about my request and to call in two hours. I told him I understood the weekends were now busy and was happy to stay one day during the week, prior to the June season kick off. Said the weekday made the request easier. I called in 2 hours, he was busy. Called 2.5 hours, he was busy. Called 3 hours later and he said "oh, hold on", put me on hold for 5 minutes (clearly to go speak to the "team") and then came back and said sorry we can't do it, you should come alone. I did tell him that I didn't want to waste my money and if they couldn't accommodate me perhaps I would go alone. However, if that were the case, I would have gone at 8am, not leaving at noon. I wasted the entire day driving instead of sitting at the pool. Absolutely dissapointed by this lack of flexibility and the lack of communication preventing me from enjoying my stay. Outside balcony was too dirty to sit on sofas. Killed several spiders in the bathroom. No bathroom at pool area. Nice room. Would not go back because of the bad customer service.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Check in and check out was smooth and the front desk person was very helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent, short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. We will definitely come back!

I wanted to give this place a 1-star rating, but that wouldn't be fair.
We stayed in a very spacious suite that is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. It's a bit noisy from the road nearby, but other than that I cannot complain. But...
The description of the room said that it has a kitchenette and that is very important to my family. Kitchenette means that you can cook, but the place had nothing other than a big fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and two paper cups. That's not a kitchenette! We had to go and shop for some basic stuff to be able to warm what we can in the microwave. Next day when I came to discuss this with the management, they shrugged at me and said - that's what we call a kitchenette. Basically, we don't care.
5 stars for the room with a fridge and a microwave.
1 star for false advertisement and non-existent customer service skills.
This averages 3 stars and I am being generous.

Newly renovated, modern, clean!! Pool during summer! There will be a restaurant there too!! Highly recommended!!!
