We were staying one night on a Saturday. After my daughter got strep, I called the property the day before to ask if we could potentially change the date. I offered to send a doctors note and even the prescription she was provided because she was miserarble. Was told to call the morning of, which I did. Steve then said he would speak to the "team" about my request and to call in two hours. I told him I understood the weekends were now busy and was happy to stay one day during the week, prior to the June season kick off. Said the weekday made the request easier. I called in 2 hours, he was busy. Called 2.5 hours, he was busy. Called 3 hours later and he said "oh, hold on", put me on hold for 5 minutes (clearly to go speak to the "team") and then came back and said sorry we can't do it, you should come alone. I did tell him that I didn't want to waste my money and if they couldn't accommodate me perhaps I would go alone. However, if that were the case, I would have gone at 8am, not leaving at noon. I wasted the entire day driving instead of sitting at the pool. Absolutely dissapointed by this lack of flexibility and the lack of communication preventing me from enjoying my stay. Outside balcony was too dirty to sit on sofas. Killed several spiders in the bathroom. No bathroom at pool area. Nice room. Would not go back because of the bad customer service.
