Overall the property served our needs quite well, though one of the first things I experienced was that the wifi signal (at least in the room we occupied) was very weak. In fact, I had to go down to the front desk to connect with the server. Otherwise, I'd say our experience was quite satisfactory given that the facility is located pretty much out in the middle of nowhere.

No elevator. I didn’t see this fact on the website, so we were very surprised when we had to make multiple trips up and down stairs with belongings that we didn’t want to leave in the car. Otherwise clean, quiet and convenient. Having the restaurant right next door was very helpful. Would stay again if we could get a first floor room.

The staff at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We have stayed before so we know what to expect. The only downside is the number of sweet/unhealthy breakfast items available for the complimentary continental breakfast.

Please maintain the hot tub. Temperature! If you don’t want to do not advertise a hot tub. Many people seek out hotels for hot tubs.

We really liked this hotel. Our room had a king size bed and a good size tv. It was very clean. The heater was slightly noisy at first when we turned it on but it’s probably not used to heat the room very often. Also when we turned the fan on in the bathroom it had a weird smell. The hot tub was great and we were told we could stay in it as long as we wanted. The staff was great. We will for sure stay here again.

I requested a room in a quiet area of the hotel but that wasn’t the case. Two doors down from the laundry room and the stairwell to the lobby … clothes dryers, talking guests and staff and the loud front desk phone required earplugs. Breakfast was okay, not the best but not the worst I’ve had.

Our frig didn't work, but the staff let us keep our cold stuff in the hotel frig. Having the restaurant across the parking lot was a bonus.

We really enjoyed how clean and well kept the hotel was. It had simple, but tasteful decor. Staff was friendly and helpful.
